I found a Musical Youth album, which definitely reminded me of my childhood. The store also had a good selection of 45s, all reasonably priced. The service was excellent, as I recall. If I am ever in this neck of the woods again, I'm certain I will stop by Omega Music. It's a really good record store, for sure.

It seems to be family owned and run and there was a mom-type and don - type working but I don't know if they were actually related. Both were very friendly and outgoing, talking to us about our various collections. There was no pressure to purchase which made us want to purchase something even more. The store has a little bit of everything. It was such a walk down memory lane! Not only can you find your childhood toys leches Pound puppies, cabbage patch kids, he-man etc. you can find your favorite childhood lunchbox, or your grandmother's favorite dishes, or some new cowgirl boots! there is an entire room dedicated to vinyl and music. The staff were some of the friendliest people I've ever met, and honestly, I could have stayed in this store all day. They have fun vintage toys, a great selection of records and older comics, stickers, keychains, and so much more. It's located in an old school building with other businesses, and it's just an awesome setup. Prices are all very reasonable and there is so much to choose from. I definitely hope to be back again soon!

It is a place of things not needed as a norm, but for a collector as myself I could go broke over the amazing things they have. Guys there were super helpful, and didn't bat an eye at the overweight fifty-something shopping for skate gear. Good thing too, cuz I was already feeling pretty awkward walking into the shop to begin with. They helped me put together a great cruiser - Santa Cruz dot deck, Independent forged hollows, Super Reds, and some nice big Bones ATFs. Just what I wanted, and they gripped it and mounted the bearings for me, as well. And then 10% off everything just because it was a custom build. Forget the mall, folks - these guys are the real deal. Spend your money here.
