The owner hid in the back room and refused to come out to speak with us. He instead made the (rude) salesperson on the floor inform us their written policy is not actually truth. They allow exchanges at their "discretion" (aka never). Word will get out about their shadiness and they will be out of business soon enough. They are no friend to musicians. I wouldn't even rate the store as a one star, but had to. Pawn shops are more up front and honest.
