I was there with my daughter today, she has wide feet and finding shoes for homecoming last year was so difficult, we couldn't find them anywhere--not even DSW. We decided to look anyway before trying to order something online. I am pleased to say they had really cute prom shoes in wide width! Not only that, they had a few options, and they didn't charge extra for them. They always have a few really cute options in clearance for my size, which is nice since I wear a super basic 8.5M and those are usually sold out. The cashier was pleasant, and was able to relate to my daughter's vision for her prom outfit, which was cool.

They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. We'll happily recommend Up and Running any chance we get and will be back for future needs.
