Every time we go here, doesn't matter who is working, it feels like we are an inconvenience and bother to the employees. There is zero level of customer service and based on previous reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. If multiple people are giving the same kind of feedback, it's probably because it's true. Either hire people with a better work/customer service ethic, or train your people because this is ridiculous. Literally spending almost $100 and being made to feel bad for shopping there because the employees don't want to be bothered.

We found adorable artwork and teddy bears as well as quote placards on display around the entire store. The smell was thanks to an impressive candle selection which we had fun sniffing through. The sales lady made sure we didn't miss any of the rooms, there are five, and we were most awed by the Christmas room. My mom was pretty disappointed it was so warm outside and said she just couldn't fathom purchasing Christmas dcor, no matter how cute, in 90 degree weather.
