She was not able to refund the difference, or cancel the transaction and start over. (like I said she is new). She said she would have the owner call me. Over the next week, I stopped in three times, each time the same clerk was there alone and said she has reminded the owner to call me. Finally, over a week later, I stopped in and the owner was there. He said he has to charge the state minimum. I asked why the shelf price is different and why the clerk could not give me a receipt. He refused to give me a refund, told me to take him to court and told me never to return to his store.

I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

The cashier sided with them despite offering to do anything to show I didn't steal anything and refuse to cash me out, even offered to pay for what he said I stole if he could show me. I guess they have a theft problem, but I'm not stealing from your store and I didn't want to be there in the first place. I wouldn't stop here.
