I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. Although the girl working at the cashier was super nice I proceeded to go to my car and open up the…read moreproduct that I had purchased which was expired and tasted horrible so I went back inside to replace it with the same item that was not expired the manager kept me there for about 15 minutes having to make sure that I actually purchased this item in the store because I was not given a receipt it was a digital receipt and I'm a Walgreens reward member and the email has not came through therefore I was stuck sitting there for 15 minutes while the manager couldn't have just exchanged the expired product for a product that was not expired. I thought for $1.99 I should just leave and forget about it but the fact that I had to waste 15 minutes of my time finding out whether I legitimately purchased it at that store I waited there to get my money back. Maybe they will look at their items more closely to make sure they're not expired before selling them to people hopefully I don't get sick from the expired food.

However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

They did not tell me anything about earrings before they took the first short. They spent an inordinate amount of time trying to doctor it. When I got it home, it was immediately rejected by the state department. I took it back and they had absolutely no idea what was wrong with it. To make it worse, they would not give me a refund because it was against store policy. I'm disputing it with my bank. How hard is it to take a digital photo against a white backgroud? Too hard for these people! They do not know the rules for passport photos from the state department. Beware if you have your prescriptions filled here. Total, utter incompetence.

God bless him. They had it ready. I paid for it on the phone and then I called my delivery service in Dayton Ohio Valley charge through Monday through Friday. They charge $41 to pick up anything average because the hospitals used in doctors office of blood banks and everything for pick up and delivery and I said sure. Yes we'll go pick up your wheelchair and we'll deliver it to you right where you're at and I tell you what I had people shaking my hands and wish me good luck and I said I'm checking myself out in a wheelchair and my Uber drivers are gonna be here before 8 o'clock to pick me up and I'll be ready to go. I'm gonna get myself but I have my assistant. Her name was a wonderful person and she came in like five minutes after I woke up I said would you go find my wheelchair it was supposed to be delivered in my room and it's not. I said go find it because I have. I'm going home. She's no I said yes because I'm tired of waiting every morning for five hours for my gabapentin medication for my pain in my legs and I can't take it anymore and they haven't even got me out of bed to rehab to help me wall so I had so much water retention on my feet. I felt like I was walking on pillows a cushions and but I said they're not helping me and I'm tired of being in pain and having a short staff, they got one person taking care of a 10 people and that's why I had to wait five hours every morning and laying there in pain for five hours before I got the medication so she went and found my wheelchair.
