This is a great Kroger, always stays clean, and has everything you could want. The food is always fresh and produce is too. They also have EV chargers if you have an electric car. The inside is easy to maneuver. The aisles are labeled and the employees are super friendly if you can't find what you need. It's never too busy, and they have an equal amount of self checkout and cashier checkout spots. If you order groceries to go they are always very helpful to handle the groceries with care and pack them in your car nicely. This Kroger is great and highly recommend getting groceries from here. read more

The worker who was working the pharmacy window at 3pm-4pm on 6/21/25 was great. She explained how my prescription was called in before the 28 day renewal so the system didn't automatically process it. She was patient and empathetic. She had my prescription expedited. When I returned, she apologized for the wait. I've been coming to Kroger pharmacies for 15+ years and she was the best employee I've ever interacted with. Superior customer service. Never did I believe I would have needed protection at a Kroger's until today. I'm handicapped and I park in spaces allotted for such that purpose. My mobility is one of the greatest losses I've incurred with old age. I don't park in Handicapped spots out of sheer laziness, but out of necessity. I had a young immature individual go off on me when he could tell by my facial expression his need for parking in one of these too rare spots. He quickly became verbally abusive and soon began threatening me with physical harm. He had no interest in having a conversation only with making hisself feel like a big man. The ranting by this man/child continued into the front of the store where people could hear him make his continual threats. The saddest part was he had his wife and two young children with him. You know it's a bad scene when people are coming up 10 minutes later asking you if you're ok. I said I was, but I wasn't. Maybe I contributed to starting this fiasco by questioning by my look whether he was handicapped. He wasn't and frankly I'm tired of lazy shoppers taking up the few handicapped spots. Too many people believe if someone in their family is handicapped they are entitled to use the parking tag even when the handicapped person isn't with them. You're not! I don't believe the current atmosphere is going to get better anytime soon. Kroger needs to take immediate steps to ensure their customers are safe when they are shopping in their stores. Today I walked to the bakery department, no one was there for a few minutes stood. finally a lady appeared I asked the lady with the name tag "Kathryn" does this grocery store (Kroger) sell Artesian bread she said no they do not. then I also asked do you slice bread here, she said no they do not. I said okay and walked around the bakery looking for sliced bread. As I look around I see Kathryn pull down her mask and began to eat a huge slice of white & yellow cake A second lady appeared asked for her loaf of bread to be sliced because of the lack of sliced bread out. Not Kathryn, but a different bakery staff said "okay right away" took the ladies bread to a machine and began slicing it in seconds. As I walked closer to see if that's what was clearly going on, Kathryn began walking to the back room to hideout. Kathryns coworker gave the customer her now sliced bread and the lady walked away, I asked the second staff member do they slice bread here and she said yes. I informed her I was just told by her coworker "Kathryn" that you dont slice bread here. The lady said that's not true. Kathryn appeared from the back close to my face and being extremely aggressive saying she did not say this and that. We are very spoiled by our Kroger. It used to be a Market Place with all the furniture and home furnishings. They've changed that over the last couple of years and it no longer has those items. However, they do now sell clothes. On the weekends, you need to get your shopping in early. By mid to late afternoon, a lot of produce department is bare and you'll find other gaps as well. The best times to shop at this location, I find, are weekdays after 8 p.m. In addition to that, they also have a florist, a pharmacy, a sushi counter, a cheese counter, as well as a HoneyBaked Ham counter and a Red Box at both entrances. And last, but not least - An in-store full service Starbucks. Would I go back? Hell yeah, I would go back! I am the friggin Duke! I go up there all the time. See you there, Yo! I'll be the one all jacked up on a Venti White Chocolate Mocha, swinging my basket with my Greek yogurt, my Matchbox car, Scotch tape, Spicy Shrimp California Roll and my Xanax refill headed over to the self checkout. read more

I could not believe that this Kroger did NOT have any ONE actual cashier checkout lane. I had a full basket of groceries with tons of fruits and vegetables. That means that I had to enter all the codes, quantities and amounts...which is extremely difficult when your 64 years old and can see small print well. After I backed up the "belted self checkout" they sent someone to actually open a cashier checkout. Twice the light went off and after over five minutes each time someone finally came to reset. They could have at least had someone help me bag. There are kind employees in this store, but their management is pathetic!! This isn't the first time I've had issues with checking out at this store. I'm done! I won't be back...I may not even shop at Kroger anymore... especially if we ever manage to get a Sprouts in our area. read more

Kroger - This many groceries needs assistance! - Grocery Near Me - Liberty Township, Ohio

On March 19th we placed an order for Click List on the Kroger app, but there were no available times for our order to be picked up. So we naively requested delivery instead. In doing this we didn't realize that this instantly threw our order from being a Kroger order to being an "Instacart" order. Nor did we realize that even if the items were in stock at the time we placed the order did it mean that those items would still be available at the time they actually pulled the items which didn't take place 2 days later. The order was suppose to be delivered between 2 and 3 pm on Saturday, March 21st. Around 1 pm we began receiving text message from the associate who was collecting the items on our order advising us item by item of what was not available which in summary amounted to the first 60 items of our 76 item order. At this point we advised the associate to cancel our order, as there was no point in paying $20.32 ($9.99 delivery fee and $10.33 tip) to have a few items delivered when we would still need to go in the store anyway in the next week to get the other 60 items. Now the associate stopped communicating with us. I called Kroger to find out what has happening and to confirm the cancellation of the order. I asked to speak with a manager who advised me there was nothing that Kroger it wasn't their problem because it was a separate company "Instacart" that was responsible for our order. I called the phone number for 'Instacart' given to me by the Kroger manager, only to reach a message that said your wait is 59 minutes and then disconnected my call. I tried calling back numerous times to only get a message advising of the 59 minute wait and then the automatic disconnect. It has been 24 hours now and the amount already taken from our debit card has NOT been returned. Kroger has washed their hands off the situation although the order was placed on their website and Instacart does answer calls. My husband and I are at high risk to be victims of the corona virus. We are both in our 70's and have other diagnoses that put us at risk. We thought having groceries delivered would be the safer risk for us. Instead it has created a nightmare for us. The cost of our order to be delivered are now tied up in our bank account so that we are not even able to go to another grocery store to purchase the items we needed on Saturday. I wanted to document this experience online so others could be warned of what can happen by ordering groceries through Krogers'! Still waiting for our refund.... One star is too high a rating for either Kroger or Instacart!!! read more

A very decent Kroger overall. Bigger than most but not the as big as some of the newer "marketplace" locations that they've opened recently. This location seems to have some of the stuff that the marketplace locations have but not everything. Almost like a mini-marketplace I guess you could say. The parking here is pretty good. The lot is huge so even when it's at its busiest you'll be sure to find a spot somewhere. They keep this place clean and well stocked. After more than 20 years as a loyal customer, I am breaking up with Kroger. The "new and improved" Kroger Marketplace is a joke! Butterscotch baking chips in the bread aisle!? Flour and sugar in different aisles?! Chocolate chips (but not butterscotch chips!) in an aisle across from frozen vegan chicken nuggets?! NO! I want to grocery shop and I'm certainly not interested in eating a bbq sandwich at a "bistro"! NO! After more than an hour of shopping because I couldn't find anything, I was finally waiting in line to check out. Without a word to me or the other customer standing in line, the cashier turned her light off, left the register and went on break ...... the other customer and I had to literally start over in a new, longer line to cash out. On a Sunday. If I hadn't just spent AN HOUR looking for all of my groceries spread out all over non-sensical Kroger, I would have left my FULL CART and just walked out. Since I do still have power as a customer and can use my voice (unlike the first cashier), I will tell everyone I can why I am now shopping at Meijer! read more

I haven't reviewed many business' other than restaurants yet, and I need to get better at doing this. So I thought I would make sure I got my local Kroger while out grabbing a few items for the house. This Kroger location, is almost always very clean and very helpful if you need something and can't find it. I have only had one or two small bad experiences here and they are more about my lack of patience than the store issue. If you come here on a Saturday and expect to get in and out fast, you must be dreaming. If you come here and are expecting to find the one item that a friend used to cook some exotic meal, then you are probably at the wrong store. If you come here because you don't want to spend crazy money on food and hate going to the uppity market then this is the right place for you. Don't get me wrong I buy some things at the uppity market as well (JJ or FM) - if from the area you should know the initials without me having to say anything. I always get my supplies here for my yummy meals that I prepare at home, with a few exceptions I do 90% of all my shopping here. I have shopped at the store a few times and it's like any typical Kroger. I used pick up tonight for the first time and I was very impressed. I got a courtesy call and an hour beforehand saying my order was ready and that I could come get it instead of waiting because it's supposed to storm later this evening. Kroger's quick stop bar is nothing like a quick stop. We spent hours with our bartender Larry who was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable! His infectious personality made us want to stay for hours. His wine and beer recommendations paired well with his pallet cleansing cheese and nuts that were provided by Kroger. As we left the bar we ran into Hunter who asked us the items on our list and gave us their corresponding isle numbers. This made our shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff at this Kroger goes above and beyond for their customers and you could see that at Larry's bar as well as Hunter's isles. read more

There is absolutely no sense of urgency at the deli department, ever!! They drag their feet like it's hurting them to wait on someone and there can be two or three employees and one is acting like they are cleaning up and they all ignore you and one is doing online orders or maybe for the to go orders when they can clearly see that people are standing in line and they could stop what they are doing online and help the people that are physically standing right in front of them! It's very annoying and they are all rude, most unfriendly people work in the deli!! I think they want you to get frustrated and just go pick up a pack of 8 + slices instead of getting what you truly want! It would be nice to get some friendly smiling faces working there in the deli department! read more

This is a great Kroger. It's nicer and bigger than the one on Tylersville, and it has a gas station. Those are the reasons I started coming here. After being a regular customer for nearly three years, here's what I still like about the store: -The selection is better than most other Kroger stores, especially for international foods. You definitely won't find everything here, but there's more variety than other grocery stores. There's also a sushi counter; while I don't buy sushi there often, it's an ok option. -There are other stores represented inside. Aside from the expected Starbucks, there's a Honeybaked Ham counter and a Murray's Cheese counter. -They are the only Kroger I've been to that has a bulk foods section. I use this to buy nuts and some other items and I love it. It's much cheaper to buy your chia seeds from this section, for example. -There's also a salad bar which is a nice option for a quick lunch. -The produce section is more extensive than other stores, particularly if you want any sort of organic produce or unusual fruit/vegetable. You can get everything from organic lemons to purple cauliflower to jackfruit at this location. Again, if you want something really exotic you're probably better off at someplace like Jungle Jim's but I'm consistently surprised by the variety they stock here. -Food tends to be fresh and in good condition. The same cannot be said of say, Aldi's produce. While you should still check your apples for bruises and your spinach for wilting, you have a pretty good chance of finding what you want with acceptable quality. -I've only used it once, but they do offer Clicklist shopping and pickup. -Like any Kroger, the store discount, fuel points and digital coupons are awesome and completely worthwhile. Now, the drawbacks of this location: -While the gas station is super convenient, it is always packed. Expect to wait in line for a spot at a pump if you come weekend mornings or weekday afternoons. The best time to get gas is in the evening, 9 pm or later. -Items go out of stock during busy times and sometimes don't get restocked for long stretches, or at least it seems that way. They ran out of my favorite gum and I didn't see it on the shelf for a full month. -There are some excellent, friendly and helpful employees who work here. The ladies at Murray's and the guys at the meat counter stand out in particular as especially pleasant and helpful. The cashiers and baggers are, unfortunately, among the surliest. There are a few stand outs (Will is awesome, and there are a few others whose names escape me) but I dread the checkout more than any other part of the experience. The baggers tend to be young and inexperienced, and they never seem to know what to do with my reusable bags. They'll pack all my heaviest items in one bag, for instance, or just throw everything in haphazardly so that I later find my grapes squished in between a bunch of cans. I just wish they were more conscientious about how they packed my groceries--say, instead of putting two cartons of almond milk and eight cans in one bag, split them between two bags and top with lighter items. read more

Always busy, this is my go to Kroger for the area. Has a large selection of products, although many times I have gone products have not been replenished on the shelf. This is more so the case in the fruits and veggies section. Most employees are nice and very helpful. Checkout lines move fast and usually there are plenty open. First of all, I thought Kroger's was a grocery store. I went to this one thinking they might have a bigger selection than the one I normally go to. I went in and found myself in a clothing department, with no shopping carts anywhere to be found. If you factor out all the non-grocery items at the store, I believe this was much smaller than the one I would've gone to in the first place. (I believe their selection verified that as well.) There's a gigantic mall going in right across the way, and I don't get why Kroger feels the need to have everything in their store when everything is right across the street. Sunday afternoon was a zoo. I guess that's okay, but I don't like having to dodge lollygaggers holding their Starbucks. Kick up your feet at home, not in the produce department. If there was a 0 that's what I would choose!!! I fell in the store on Mother's Day on the way to the florist dept. I slipped on a piece of fruit someone dropped on the floor and fell hard hurt both knees and bruises on both arms and hurt my back too. No one came to my aide but a sweet lady stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was ok. She wished me a Happy Mother's Day and that made things a lot better at least at the time. There was no accident report made just a note with my name, cell number and date of birth. I was told someone would contact me soon and that was Sunday 5/14 and today is Tuesday 5/16 and no phone call yet. Don't expect Kroger to care if you fall in their store!!! Dear Kroger, What a way to cater to your disabled clientele! You have had six handicap parking spaces at each door (for a total of 12) since we moved here in 2011. And we have tried not to shop at peak times because it's hard/impossible to find a space. Now you have re-paved your lot (btw, looks nice)..... and CUT the number of spaces at each door to FOUR!!! I'm guessing 1:00 on a weekday is not a high traffic time, and yet 7 out of the now EIGHT total spaces available were taken!!! Thanks a lot. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! I'm a long time ClickList user for this store. But NO MORE! I was 2nd in line with cars all around me. They loaded my car and 3 other cars behind me but not the cars who were in the front! I sat for 25 minutes waiting for them to load the front cars. My ice cream was melted and my milk was warm (not to mention the $80 in meat I had. 25 minutes into it, I had already called the manager (nothing). I finally talked one of the kids who loads cars into directing traffic so I could back out! I had to serpentine my way backwards thru other customers and Austin Powers my turn in order to get out of line. AND YOU WANT TO KNOW THE WORST PART?!?!? I visited this Kroger earlier today to pick up groceries for the week. I never leave reviews but the experience I had today compelled me to do so. As I wait in line, I start loading up my groceries and wait for the woman in front of me to check out. The cashier clerk, a younger woman, clearly saw me and decided to ignore me. As I got up to the cash register, she started writing on her notepad with her back to me. I waited for about two minutes for her to finish. At first I thought she was doing something important but one of her coworker's saw what was going on and told her to stop writing. The coworker, bagging groceries in the line next to us, came over to make sure she was on task. I figured out she was doodling on the notepad while I waited to be checked out. She proceeds to start scanning my items with no greeting which made the whole situation uncomfortable. Then, she hands me the scanner for me to scan heavy items in the cart because she didn't want to go around. I was being very nice and polite which led me to scan my items despite being a little shocked. During these times, I don't think the customer should be touching a scanner that is probably dirty. I have never been to a Kroger where the customer scans their own items because the cashier clerk doesn't feel like doing it. Overall, this experience won't stop me from coming to this Kroger but this kind of behavior should be addressed. read more

No sorry given, just can not help. Front manager called back manager and was told same thing it would take to long to find and lots of items sitting on a truck. I have been going to this Kroger for years. It's always clean, the employees are helpful & friendly, they have a great selection and checkout is fast! They recently started with online shopping. You place your order online, choose your pickup time, show up and get loaded without ever leaving your car. I just tried it yesterday and loved it! In comparison to Wal-Mart and Meijer, Kroger will always be the best of the best. Prices may often not be competitive but every other aspect of the shopping experience makes up for that. This Marketplace has more to offer than their competitor's and service is always personal and light years ahead of the rest. Murray's cheese shop is phenomenal and always offering a sample of something. All perishable departments have great quality. I definitely recommend the Artisan Bread Case next to the Bakery. This location also houses a Starbucks that gives great service and it's own Honey Baked Ham shop which is great to have nearby for the holidays. Be wary of shopping during peak times though because the Produce department gets hit hard and sometimes takes a while to recover. read more

I love the selection that this store offers. It's bright and clean. Most of the staff is very helpful. I go to the grocery store every 2 weeks and spend between $200-$300 each time. Several times as my groceries are being rang up by the cashier, the bagger walks off, takes a break, goes to another line, etc; leaving the cashier to look at me as if I'm even considering bagging my own groceries. If I wanted to work at Kroger, I'd fill out an application. I've requested to see the manager whenever the bagger disappears to complain. I don't understand why Kroger allows this, but it's annoying. read more
