I placed an order for delivery of groceries as I am partially handicapped. I waited at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Nobody came. I'm standing in my kitchen where my ring camera is on the front door. They said they tried to deliver couldn't and took it back to the store and canceled my order. Nobody came to my door. I won't be ordering from them again. At least Kroger delivers when they're supposed to. read more

I agree with Matt R--Walmart is Walmart. You will have the typical Walmart experience no matter what the location. But the Walmart 1-star experience for me is often due to its customers, not the employees. Walmart is not my go-to when it comes to shopping but I stopped at Walmart today to pick up colored pencils and drawing paper. Do Walmart shoppers know that "shopping cart corrals" are for returning shopping carts? Walmart shoppers are some of the worst for cart abandonment--leaving carts anywhere and everywhere in the lot. Although these shoppers have just walked through a 180,000 square foot store, they will not walk another few feet and put the cart they "borrowed" where it belongs. Instead, they will abandon the cart and leave it with no consideration to others that it may roll into another car or obstruct open parking spaces. No excuses--if it's raining, you will not melt, so return your cart. If you have kids, park closer to a corral. And if parked in the handicap space and have borrowed one of the store's motorized shopping carts, you did have the ability to walk up to the store entrance to borrow it--now ride it back to the store entrance and put it back where you found it. Again, no excuses. Cart abandoners--your mother does not live at the Walmart! Did she not teach you to pick you after yourself? Walmart shoppers also don't seem to know the use of the garbage cans. I walked by a parking space today with dirty diapers discarded on the pavement. Two spaces up--it was discarded with fast food bags and big gulp cups. I stopped and asked the employee collecting carts when leaving, what was the percentage of carts collected from the cart corral compared to the abandoned carts. Percentage of abandoned is close to 75%! Walmart could help with the issue by having more shopping cart corrals--knowing that their customers will not walk more than 3 to 4 cars to return a cart. And yes, cart abandoners, that means there will be fewer parking spaces near the entrance, and you will need to walk a few extra feet. But since according to Forbes magazine, as Americans we live in the #1 most obese country for high-income countries, the few extra steps may have a positive impact. Other option is that Walmart adopt the Aldi way--a quarter will unlock a cart. When you return the cart, you get your quarter back. read more

One register open. Waited 30 minutes then went to self checkout. Greeter couldn't speak English. When leaving, another non-english speaking employee went through my receipt and all items in my cart. Couldn't understand a word he said. Then, got panhandled twice in the parking lot on my way to my car. Thought I was in a third world country. And, the place was full of vile semblances of humanity. read more

My daughter got an oil change in the Walmart in Hamilton and the computer systems went down and she could not leave the store. Also my wife went through the self checkout and the register did not give her any change. The Walmart worker said it would be a half an hour before she could get her change. I definitely do not recommend this store. Try Meyer or Kroger instead. read more

Can't even do a return because there's no one here. I'm in a line full of ppl with over 10 employees walking by after several customers have been asking for assistance over 4 times every single time employees were either sassy or complaining how rude customers were for asking for help. Which all in all I don't blame them. Walmart doesn't want to pay the employees what they deserve, they overwork and under value them. Do better Walmart! Walmart is Walmart, and this one is no different. No matter which one you go to, you will always have a typical Walmart experience. I've had worse experiences at certain locations, I've had better, but overall, Walmart is Walmart. My wife has "total anxiety," meaning she hates hearing how much she's spent, and she always tells the cashiers to not say the total, and then I'll pay it. We've never had an issue with that anywhere except for one time at some other store the girl said the total out of habit and quickly apologized. But the cashier we had at this Walmart the last time we went had a look on her face like she just couldn't wait to do the complete opposite. When she was done ringing up our stuff she looked at me with gleaming eyes and a huge smile on her face and she announced the total loudly, then laughed, like a big "F YOU." We both just looked at her, in awe of the audacity. There's another Walmart on our way home. It isn't much better, but we go there now instead. read more

Quick review. If you're interested in my opinions of Walmart as a whole check out my previous reviews. This location isn't good and I try to avoid it if at all possible. The store itself and the staff is just fine (reason for extra star)..but honest to God the kind of customers this location attracts is just awful. It doesn't make much sense because it's located near Bridgewater Falls which is kind of an upscale-ish shopping area..but I guess across the route four bypass it's just a whole other world. Every person you've ever seen on the People of Walmart site I'm pretty sure frequents here. Many MANY times I've been harassed for money from people in the parking lot. It's just not comfortable shopping here. If you need to shop at a Walmart in this area, I would recommend the one on Cinn-Day road. Not too far away and a lot less creepy customer base. If I'm in dire need of picking something up in this immediate area, I'd mostly rather go to the Target over at Bridgewater and pay a little bit extra just to not have to deal with it. read more

This was by far the worst Walmart that i have ever been into. We waited almost 45 minutes to check out and there were employees that were just standing around. We also thought that we would be able to just wait but the employees were going extremely slow and making things 10 times harder then what they needed to be. Me and my family decided to go to the self-checkouts and the employee that was working was laughing at everyone that was frustrated with the horrible service. This is the worst Walmart i've ever been in. I recommend going to a different Walmart. Absolutely horrible service. read more

Still dragging behind the pack... Walmart app lists several items as out of stock. Seemed strange as they are common items so I decided to go into the store and shop. Sure enough all of the items that were listed as out of stock were in stock. The dog food we buy listed as in stock was not. Although the store may be convenient, it's a train wreck waiting to happen. Rude people stocking shelves in the middle of the day, no wonder you can't find anyone to help you. Had one kid tell me to download the app to find things, really? The sad part is the app is more efficient than the people working there! Bought a charcoal grill along with charcoal a few weeks ago think I can find any charcoal the last 2 trips there, nah. The woman at the register said they're probably switching over to fall, again really, it's August! Picked up store brand hamburger buns and yep moldy. Last but not least open and man your damn registers, I don't work for Walmart, I'm not scanning or bagging my groceries unless you want to discount my bill for doing your employees job! I have to say, I have never felt so disrespected by anyone ever than I did at your location. Today I left a bag with about 3 items in it, less than $30. I searched everywhere in my car for them, and I truly didn't have them. I called back and spoke to Sara who told me no problem, come back and get the same items and bring them up, and she would take care of me. I did just that, and someone else was up at the service desk and told me they'd review the cameras first because she doesn't have a record of it and it's really expensive. I said of course, that's fine, and told her it was that cashiers last customer before they left and waited... About 5 minutes later someone in jeans and a tshirt came up with my receipt, said they checked the cameras and I left with my items, I asked them to double check because I know for a fact I didn't, they said "oh no, you did and it's not my problem"... Let me start by saying this, I'm sure your asset protection team is used to dealing with the liars and thieves of the world, but I'm not one of them. I am a district manager myself, and an elected official in this county and I have no room to lie about something or pull anything over on your store. I know it's my responsibility to check and make sure I have everything so I re-purchased my items I truly left. However, if I was a liar, I wouldn't have waited for someone to check security tapes, I'm sure they would have bolted, and they most certainly wouldn't have re-purchased the items. Then on my way out the door the door person, Ed, allowed multiple people to pass through but stood right in front of me and said he would need to see my receipt and what's inside my bag (before ever going through the doors). I've never felt so rudely treated or treated like a criminal. I've been a customer of yours since Ben Kincer managed that store and I truly am disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated this evening. read more

The management team here was superb - Service manager Tammy and asst store manager Kendall were awesome. They put up with terrible irate customers who expect things outside of their control- Like a customer in front of me who had no ID to send money and cussed out the service manager. The entire time she maintained composure and was always professional. Outstanding team- they called another store to look up our receipt we had lost- didn't have to do that as busy as they were. I was in Walmart with my friend on Wednesday November 22nd, in search of an Elf on the Shelf ASAP. We were searching the store and stopped 3 different people and they all had no clue what we were even talking about and one even said they didn't carry them. Before coming to Walmart, we checked online and if clearly stated they did have them. As we were making another lap around we ran into a worker by the name of Tone. Tone was SO helpful & polite as he realized we have already been through 3 different people so he made it his mission to get a manager & point is in the right direction. Went to use a coinstar. Receipt was for $17.45, cashier accidentally scanned receipt twice, took five customer service personnel at least 30 minutes to work through the issue. The kicker was we had a machine count our 17 dollars and it somehow took longer than a manual check cash and count for $3,858!!! This Walmart is always changing there "policy's" and this last time was the last time I will set foot in this store! I was with my husband and four (4 10 12 16) kids the night before Halloween at 445 ish. We had dinner and other stuff we needed for our dips we were making for friends stopping by. We also had a six pack of beer for my husband to drink while passing out candy to the kids. They refused us!
