The woman helping us didn't take any measurements, just asked what sizes our son normally wears. We eventually had to grab sizes we thought might work and he tried them on without any guidance on fit. The length he needed in a jacket wasn't available to try on so she told us what thought would fit best. She only agreed to measure him instead of eyeballing it when we insisted. There was an older lady working who seemed to be observing our interaction. I was hoping she might have more experience and jump in with some help. No such luck. I honestly wish we had driven the extra five hours back and forth to bring my son home to the Columbus area.

Everything is way too big or slim fit and tight and he hates that. They had a guy tailoring for them for years and now it's someone else who said he wouldn't put a cuff on our grandson's pant leg because kids don't get that. We found a pair of dress shoes for our other grandson in his size which is 7 in mens and it had a mismatched 7.5 wide with it. After scouring with a cashier's help they found the only 3 pairs his size were all mismatched. They had zero boys dress shirts for 12 or 14/16 but upon coming back today they got a shipment in and had some thank goodness. In the end we were able to get the boys each a 3 piece suit in black and a dress shirt/ties. Had to go online for dress shoes elsewhere. They did alter the suit we got perfectly.

He didn't offer to help, he stood behind the counter with his head down, looking at his phone and the computer screen. In fact, NONE of the four people working there offered to help. One of them even looked at me, turned around, and went into the back; never to be seen again. I was looking for a suit to wear at our daughter's wedding, and I was clueless about the different fits and styles....I really didn't know what I was doing. After being ignored for about a half an hour, I left. Here's the kicker: Originally, I had gone to the Northgate location. They had a jacket I liked, but not matching pants. The VERY helpful gal working there suggested I try the Tri-County location. Well, after being totally blown off at Tri-County I went back to Northgate and bought the jacket.
