One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. We had never been to a physical location and bought online before. Location was clean, packed full of merchandise. Well presented, neat and shoppable. I've been in there a few times now and the store is always disorganized and dirty. The girl (manager?) that works in there is always in a bad mood. Today after waiting in line for and exclusive drop, I was 6th in line. The limit was 2 per person, she allowed her friends to grab more than the allotment, then she tracked me down in the store after I was able to get one item and accused me of cutting the line to get it. She called me out in front of all the customers and staff (for something I didn't do) and forced me to hand over the item where she immediately gave it to one of her friends in line. This is unacceptable behavior. I will be avoiding this store and company as must as possible!

The one pair she really wanted they did not have her size, but we went and wondered the clearance area and found two pairs she liked. What I received from the sales person, Marilyn, was a classic sales push to sign up for the credit card. She didn't hear me when I said, I'm just looking and feeling close to my daughter. She clipped the shirt I was holding out of my hand and started a dressing room. Then by the time I went to the dressing room it was full of clothing picked out for me (which would have been nice if I had asked for it. Or wanted it.) but most of Marylin's questions were all about the credit card that she wanted me to "load it up" to get points. It was thoroughly icky feeling. I had a pair of the Venice joggers in my hand as I did like the fabric and they were comfortable. But Marylin kept pushing the credit card and when I finally told her firmly that I already have a credit card that I like to use for points she dropped me like a hot potato at the register, which no one was even standing at. I was like, um...I'm ready to buy these pants I didn't come in for when I realized, now's the chance--get out! So I didn't buy anything and I felt totally happy to leave. The exact opposite of how I felt when my feet had first entered. Sad day for sales. And really hope not everyone gets begged to sign up for a credit card.
