I've been calling in supplies for the past year and this is the first time I've spoke to her. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She has a bad tone and attitude. I've always ordered supplies 2-4 weeks in advance. She says they can only do it a week in advance. The next delivery date will always be 30 days after the supplies are delivered. She was just too lazy to calculate when the next shipment would go out. Then she says I'll do it for you this time. I said thank you, I really appreciate it. Her response was "Mmm Hmm." Whoever chose her to be the director should demote her and move someone below her into that position. Everyone under her is so kind and so helpful!

This location is at the Greene near the Cheesecake Factory. It's not a huge store and I felt like they did not have a lot of scent options for shower gels. I called to insure "delivery" to the correct address, and to insure that they had the Rx in-stock, and that all the documentation necessary was on-file. They did not deliver as scheduled on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. On Monday it took nine minutes on the phone, talking to three different people, to unwind this mess. As much as I want to support a small hometown business and dislike the Kroger and CVS options, I am gonna have to seriously reconsider my choice.
