Instead of helping, multiple employees (at least four different people, all at separate times) brushed us off, saying they couldn't assist but would find someone who could. We waited over 30 minutes-- they even called over the speakers-- yet nobody ever showed up. We finally had to track someone down ourselves, and when that person came, they had a rude, dismissive attitude. To make things worse, when we went up front, the managers just stared at us and didn't lift a finger to help. It felt like we were treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers in need of assistance. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will never be coming back to this Walmart.

I am not sure why because the store is amazing. It's like Kroger wrapped into Walgreens into Hallmark into Target into Dollar Store into Big Lots. Need some organic milk? Check. Need Christmas decor at cheap prices? Check. Some special vitamins? Check. Maybe a kitchen appliance, like an Instant Pot? Check. Expensive hair products? Check, check. DVDs? Check. Maybe an ankle brace a year after your surgery? An entire selection at 1/4 the cost of CVS. How about a furnace filter and some special light bulbs? There's an entire hardware aisle for you. Some freshly made chicken salad? Deli in the back. Huge ice cream selection? Craft beer? Wine? All you chunks are covered. $1 random items in a bin? My fave. This is my favorite place to go and park right in front, fill my cart, spend $100 no matter what I need, and leave with bags and bags at reasonable prices. The employees are all also so very sweet. How often do you go somewhere you don't feel totally taken? This is my happy place.

Do NOT transfer your prescriptions here. They have messed up on my medications 4 different times…read moreover these past 6 months. They can't get my specific type of medication until they have my prescription. Once they get my script they're supposed to order in my particular medication. However 4 times out of 6 they have not gotten this correct. Simultaneously they wait a day or 2 BEFORE ordering it then it doesn't get here until I am out of medication. It is difficult to live without this type of medication as well. So there are many issues I am having with THIS Pharmacy specifically. Additionally I have to drive 40 minutes just to get here & for it to be incorrect. Ridiculous. If I did not have to use CVS I surely would never come back to CVS ever again. When I approached the counter, the cashier--Susan--did not greet me. It almost felt like that she was annoyed having to help me. I let her know I was there to pick up photos, and she simply asked, "Last name?" I provided my hyphenated last name and explained that it might be listed under both parts to avoid confusion. She was dismissive and repeatedly told me she didn't want my first name, even though I had clearly stated that it was a hyphenated last name. She eventually handed me part of my order. When I mentioned there should also be a large print included, she rolled her eyes before retrieving it. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. To be honest, I think I'll be avoiding this location in the future.
