No pupillary distance inhibiting me from ordering frames/lenses without going back with another appointment!

Went to Costco eye was charged for a service I wasn't told was optional and wasn't told there was a charge and I also wasn't given a pupillary distance so I can't order my glasses and have to go back or to somewhere else. Hesitant about going back... went home to order frames online because I had them already chosen but while looking at the Costco selection to see if I could save myself time almost all the frames were black. Not my style but more importantly not a varied selection at all.

decided to see what the fuss is about. Whatever.

Heard horror stories about long lines outside in the rain, but it had been 6 weeks without replacing staples so I put on my big girl panties, mask and gloves and headed in on a Tuesday morning with a list. And I went right in without a pause. Know the layout well so straight to pharmacy for over the counter needs, then the aisles like a woman with a mission. Filled that cart with coffee, cleaning supplies (alas no Clorox Wipes) but everything on my list, meat, cheese, etc. Then straight to checkout with NO LINES!!!! $223 in 10 minutes and I headed down the highway. If you gotta go, midweek early is my best advice. Hoping for the same next month. Oh...dont expect to fill up on samples. None available and I liked not having to dodge those hoards of tasters craming that $hit in their mouths like they hadnt eaten in a week.

This is a good one... I went to Costco yesterday to surprise my wife with a pair of Apple EarPods. But of course it's Costco, so I ended up looking around for a couple of other things as well. I ended up getting a couple things of water, some paper towels, a gallon of milk, and my wife's gift. I recently got a prescription but could never find the right time to pick out my glasses because it's always so busy. But on this day there was hardly anyone around and I lucked out and got a young lady named Tosha who was kick a$$. She was uper friendly, knowledgeable, and timely!! #BigFan When I got to the register my milk was leaking all over the place. They went and got another gallon of milk, but as I was leaving the building I noticed that one was leaking as well. I didn't have time to sit in a return line so I just threw that gallon of milk in the trash. I then left relatively frustrated and somehow managed to leave my wife's new gift in the cart after unloading everything else. When my wife called back up to the office to see if someone had turned them in a woman named Debbie went above and beyond to find out exactly what happened. To my surprise, Debbie called back later in the afternoon and said that the GM had approved her to give me a new pair of Apple EarPods and the gallon of milk I threw away. Initially, I was frustrated at the whole situation... But by the end of the day, I had become a huge raving fan of Costco... Thank you so very much for going above and beyond. I know this was my mistake... But I truly appreciate what you did for my family!

I love Costco. My wife & I spent time and $$ there today. The plus: prices are good to great on most things...but not all. I.e. Scallops are cheaper elsewhere. All the Kirkland products we have tried are above the quality of the competitors products. The selection is broad, i.e. we bought our kitchen faucet at Costco. The cash back for executive members is super! It pays the dues back and then some. The Costco Visa also pays back for Costco purchases and any purchases. We bought our refrigerator on sale at Costco, no shipping, got cash back for a Costco purchase, got more cash back because we used the Costco Visa! They also offer 10% off for buying a case of wine! The people are very friendly, professional, expedient, helpful and courteous, it's clear they like their jobs. We just booked a trip to Italy through Costco! We get special extras because we're Executive members. And it was cheaper than anywhere else we could find. The negative; items come and go. We we're hooked on Kirkland cleaning wipes, not available today. Not even a spot for them. And the munchie tables (you know what I'm talking about here) have become fewer and less interesting. We have and will continue our trecks to Costco. It's worthy.

    An entire lamb for sale!

Rainy day shopping - best day to go to Costco (not crowded). I'll be back soon. Spring/summer toys are being stocked.

I wish I could give these crooks zero stars. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm not…read moresure if it's just a horrible business model or if the owner and his crew are just awful. Regardless, it's a no for me, dawg. Here's the story. My spouse got on their website and found a couch we liked. We bought it. Cool, right? No big deal. This was sometime in March. The delivery was early April because of the pandemic and we understood completely! They said they'd call to set up a delivery time once their manufacturer sent them the couch. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from. We didn't hear from them until we called and they gave us a new delivery date. In May. Okay. Fine. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from them. We called. They told us the couch we ordered was out of stock. Wait, what? You couldn't have told us that when we bought it?? You let us pay for it and didn't even have it?! Crooks. We want our money back and they said no refunds. Ummmm you have to make a sale to refund something. You have our money and that's it. They gave us a June delivery date. Guess what? You notice a pattern going on? The date rolls around. Couch? Nope. Money back? Nope. Can we speak to the owner? Nope- he apparently doesn't speak with customers. WHAT?? What kind of business is this? After they gave us a July delivery date we filed a dispute with our credit card. Within 20 minutes they called us and told us we could pick up our couch by the end of the week. THE END OF THE WEEK! Soooo what's that about? We finally have it and it is a great couch but I'd rather pay double the price than to deal with these loony tunes again. No thanks.

Kroger carries too few Frozen Yellowstone meals, and we implore them to carry both a larger inventory and variety of Yellowstone.

This Kroger's is a pretty extensive grocery store with a wide variety of products…read more I like shopping here because they do have a variety of different products and most are reasonably priced. A few things in particular that I like: 1. The pet department aisle is pretty good. I have two cats and they have The World's Greatest Kitty Litter which I prefer because it's natural and my cats seem to like it. They also have a variety of wet and dry food, cat treats, toys, and even bedding. 2. The deli area is pretty decent with a wide variety of cheeses and meats. They also carry the Home Chef brand of dinner meals which are really good. 3. Drink aisles have a wide variety of sodas, water and bottled drinks. 4. There are some small appliances such as coffee makers, and cookware. They even have K-cup brewers and Keurig's K-cup coffee maker cleaner. 5. There's a wide selection of greeting cards and gift cards. 6. Frozen food aisles, dairy area and even bakery area are pretty decent. 7. There's a seasonal area that usually has a variety of sweet treats around Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter. The things I don't like about this Kroger's is: 1. Items aren't always fully stocked. The Home Chef meals I mentioned earlier run out pretty quickly, especially if you go on the weekend in the afternoon. Some bottled water options also run out quickly. I don't know if they keep things in stock in the back, but this seems to be a reoccurring event at least from my experience. 2. Sometimes they have employees stocking items at the busiest time of day. This can get a bit annoying trying to get around employees, with their big stocking carts, especially while you're shopping. And it's not just one aisle but can be many aisles simultaneously. 3. This is at a very busy intersection and can be somewhat challenging to get into especially after 3:00 pm. I go in via Feedwire Road. Getting out is more challenging. It's just a very busy area with cars zooming in and out. Sometimes I'll cut through the adjacent Costco parking area to get around traffic. 4. They could do a better job in opening more self checkout lines and even regular checkout lines especially during peak hours. Overall, it is a nice store with a variety of items and they do seem to have most things most customers would need. There's also a wide selection of wine, if that's your thing, and a small bar like area where you can have a drink. Sometimes the bar area will even have musical entertainment. It's comparable, to some degree, to a Meijers but without the clothing, electronics, or shoe departments. They also have a pharmacy and Starbucks coffee but I have not used either. I've been to the Krogers off of East Dorothy and Stroop and it is the best out of the three. I give this Kroger's store a solid three stars.
