Andrew M. has been amazing whenever I took my pup there. The first time we went he didn't try to oversell me and cleaned up my dog perfectly - even giving me a coupon for the service. He has always listened to my needs and created a relaxing environment for my dog. Most recently, Andrew called to let me know that Rex's ears looked a little inflamed and advised that I take him to the vet to get them checked out. Sure enough he had a bad ear infection in both ears! If I didn't have a grooming appointment I would have had no idea. I'm so happy with the service I am getting from Petco and will continue to take my pup there for haircuts. If you're looking for a specific groomer, Andrew is great!

I received an alert that it had been delivered along with a photo. It was delivered to the wrong house. Or course the customer service rep offered either a refund or replacement, that would probably take a week to receive. My cats needed the food this week. I tried their auto ship service because it was a few dollars cheaper. But it's not worth the headache. I will be returning to Chewy. I have never had any issues with their auto ship service.

She could tell my brother's dog Jaz was a bit antsy about getting a bath (her arch nemesis) and offered some treats to help relax her. Clare showed us to our wash station, explained what we needed to know, and gladly gave Jaz some scritches; Jaz was so happy!! She does hate baths, but adored the blow dryer. Overall, it seems like all the staff here do a wonderful job taking care of customers, keeping the store clean and organized, and providing a friendly and low-pressure environment-- an absolute MUST in this ruined economy. Jaz also got a new tug-of-war toy and is in love with it. We will definitely be bringing her back here for future bathing and product needs!

I wrote a review on Google but I thought I'd put my experiences here on yelp. I originally had a…read moreHUGE issue with the employees not staying well stocked on feeder mice/rats, both live and frozen. I was told by one of the employees that there is a certain customer that comes to Feeders to buy up ALL the mice in the store. This has become a serious issue especially during the months of June - August. There have been numerous incidents were they had neither live nor frozen rodents available, leaving my aunt's snake or any other animals that eat them, hungry. I didn't think it was fair for other pet owners that the employees catered to that customers demands for all the mice/rats in the store. They either needed to get another freezer to store more frozen rodents or put a purchasing limit on mice and rats. My original review that I gave them is one star, however I have seen improvements with them keeping the rodents well stocked and I would like to think the manager took my suggestion for a purchasing limit seriously. However the prices of the rodents have gone up, the teen African rats I saw were originally $6.99 each, that could've been a sale, but when I walked in earlier today I saw a sign stating that their teen African rats were 12.99 each. Even if the prior price I mentioned was a sale, $12.99 is steep for rats that aren't even fully grown yet!

The prices are just right and they really do have a little but of everything…read more Everyone was helpful, the store was clean, and they are very well stocked on all items especially if on sale.

If I could give Pet Wants more than five stars, I would, because they deserve all of accolades they…read morecan receive. I came here with my husband for the first time during the Comic Book Day on Main Street event that was being held a couple of months ago, which they were participating in. We decided to stop in because we have cats, and I instantly noticed that the shop wasn't cluttered or overwhelming. This put me off a little at first, but that quickly changed when I realized that they carry great quality products, and are really able to hone their craft and focus on the best natural pet products they can possibly provide. So, upon walking deeper into the shop, we received a warm greeting from a kind and friendly woman, the owner of Pet Wants. She was very genuine and attentive and proceeded to show us around. When we told her we had cats, she was extremely helpful and was able to point out all of their cat products and even recommended a few different foods, explaining how they worked. What's neat though is that they actually make their own natural pet food kibble here in a variety of types for different nutritional needs. They keep it in big silos right behind the counter. The owner recommended the lean kibble for my cat with kidney issues, and the regular adult kibble for my other senior cat. What is amazing is that she will give you a free sample of their food to take home for your pet to try! And it honestly is a very generous size! I was very impressed with that. Long story short, our cats love their kibble and we had to come back for more! We were instantly won over that day, and we continue to be regulars. And now, this is our new go-to pet food store! To this very day, the owner is such a kind and glowing person. She remembers who we are and what we come to pick up, and always asks how our pets are. It is beyond a pleasure to be able to support this wonderful local business. Please stop in yourself and experience genuinely amazing customer service and pick up something great for your pet. Pet Wants is a true gem.
