I had an Incident where i had to take one dog to medvet emergency and the next day the same issue with my other dog during office hours where Moore could see them. I saw what seemed to be a daycare dog standing out in the rain the whole time I was there (it didn't look like it was enjoying it). The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.

She is a bit skittish so this is especially important for both of us since I fret it will become worse if she doesn't feel safe and secure. She enjoys getting her special treats and the doctors and staff have a way of keeping her calm for exams. They welcome discussions and spend time to review any concerns. I was hesitant to give her a yearly shot for heart-worm since I have a supply at home so the doctor said gave me three choices, prices, and the pros and cons of all. First time visits, they provide a discount and you can check in via Facebook for a free T-shirt. Sometimes there can be a slight wait but it's worth it! Just know they give everyone their complete attention and assurance that they care about your precious pet. Also don't be scared to ask about groomer, behavioral training, etc they love to give these resources and I have used them with great resources. When you make your appointment, they will send email reminders. Their pharmacy is online to make ordering super easy at your convenience. What's not to love about them?
