When we sent her our inquiry she responded within moments! I consider myself an organized individual, but this let me know right away what type of professional she is! We bonded with Christine's down-to-earth personality immediately and decided that she would be the only person we would have photograph a traditional, but edgy, engagement session for us and eventually, our wedding! There are so many great things to say about Christine, it's hard to know where to begin (so I'm going to list off every thing I can think of because she deserves some major clout!)! From start to finish, she was professional, took lead in giving us direction, patient with our inexperienced ideas of posing and kindly assertive with our families and wedding party when we were in a time crunch on our big day. Not only was Christine accommodating to our hectic pre-wedding schedules, but she was willing to travel the necessary distance to make all of our engagement and wedding picture dreams come true! She is the true depiction of what it means to go above and beyond for a client. She has spent countless hours planning our day-of photography schedule, being frequently accessible, responding to emails to provide us with reassurance when needed and doing anything she could to make our day as stress-free as possible. Our families and friends loved being around Christine as much as we did. She brings light (literally and figuratively) to every situation! Leslie has a great eye for editorial and session work, but event photography is still a weak spot…read more She photographed my sister's wedding in 2011 and the package we received was $2500 which did not include any printed photos or the DVD of images. In essence, it did not include a single product for the couple - they paid for her to attend and photograph the wedding and touch up a few photos. I'm not saying time isn't worth money, but in this case Ms. Savage agreed that the package wasn't a good one and has since done away with it. That said, we still had to pay an additional $500 to get the DVD of images from her. Overall the customer focus is lacking and the images, while some in natural lighting turned out very well, there are a lot of the group photos that look more like an old school posed shot of a wedding party. The flash is off in many of the photos, too, which makes them look unbalanced. There are also lots of people who attended the wedding that aren't in a single a photo. It seems she didn't really work the room to get a variety of groups and couples together in shots that aren't candid. Initially Leslie was nice to interact with, but her lack of service and unwillingness to do right by a customer who was also a personal acquaintance leaves me giving her 2 stars. I hope that she continues to mature as a photographer in her style of shooting and customer service.

I had photos taken of my granddaughter and in the proofs, her head was slightly cut off. This was…read morethe best photo so I ordered it. I did not realize the actual photo was taken this way, thought is was just how I was viewing the proofs. I received my photos and my granddaughter's head is cut off in every photo. Not professional at all. I have never had a photo session where they cropped the top of her head out. When I complained, I was told that I saw the proof before ordering and that is what I ordered.
