I sent my assistant to this store this morning to return a few unused, unscathed candles WITH receipts. She showed the manager, Ann, the web receipts, and was turned away because SHE couldn't find the receipts in her computer. The order is from March; a little older, yes, but there's nothing wrong with these candles. They've been in a closed box all this time. Ann tried to claim they were defaced because a post-it with the order # was taped to the top of the box (which they promptly throw away anyhow) I called the store and was met with shouting and sarcasm. I couldn't even speak without her interrupting and talking over me. I'm planning to call their corporate office tomorrow to report her but figured I would warn people to pick a different BBW store if they want any kind of decent customer service.
