Large Dollar Tree store with an odd layout. In the back, some of the aisles are angled which was interesting. Because it's a larger store, they do have the usual DT goodies and a bunch more. Seasonal, kitchen, food, paper, some clothing items, large greeting cards section. Yes, everything here is a dollar though some things might be two-for-a-dollar. They just have a very hard time getting people to run such a high volume store... Especially for minimum wage. I go to other dollar trees that are better stocked, cleaner, and safer. I almost tripped over a box of books in the center of the floor. I know it's hard to keep a place like that clean and safe.. Especially since your short staffed (likely on purpose) gotta save those Dolla Dolla bills Hopefully they clean up soon....I stopped in because I was in the area the other day.. And instant regret took over my entire body... Nothing on the shelves... Wasted my time. Sucks read more

I am vegetarian. I also do not purchase items from China - Due to animal testing. Everything is only $1.00. Hallmark greeting cards are - 2 for $1.00 I was pleasantly surprised to find quite a few products that I could use. The employees were friendly. I would recommend. read more

I was at this store recently. The associate by the name of Nina has been unprofessional on multiple times calling me by the name of Osama. I advised the associate about a week prior that is not my name please do not call me that. When I came back on the 15th she repeated the same behavior which is unacceptable. I tried explaining this to the manager to let them know to advise the associates not to assume people's culture backgrounds or names and she proceeded to become hostile and tell me not to do her job. Unprofessional racist associates and horrible managers at this location. On top of this I have filed three complaints with corporate who have not responded or reached out to apologize. I am considering options to reach out locally due to the incident and they have honestly lost a customer for life due to their unprofessionalism. Start taking accountability as a company and take customer complaints seriously. read more

This basically applies to the entire local chain of Dollar Tree stores. Prices at mostly $1.25 plus Ohio taxes. That is a real reason to shop there. The real problem I see is dependability. I have pets. The cheap items such as plastic small litter boxes may or may not be in stock at any given time. That is a dependability issue. When questioned staff has no clue as to when any given item may be put back in their inventory. It all comes from above at a corporate level. At the base price of a $1.25 it is real easy to spend too much money. I know I have done so on several occasions. The lack of inventory can go on for several months on any given item. Recently the local stores shifted product inventory all over the store. This is a marketing technique to get people to have to search for what they want. If you look, there will be items you did not think to buy. Many companies use the same technique. It is not new. Finding an item you buy regularly may or may not be in the new arranged shelves in the store. The other issue is lines to cash out at the register or registers. The stores are a fire hazard due to lines to check out. The turn over in help to stock the store? The issue here is stock backed up in the store room in the back. Again micro managing a high turn over stock is really a very wrong move. Especially if it is done by corporate remotely from somewhere else. My main complaint is lack of inventory of items that should be available every week of the year. None of which is the fault of managers at the local level. Show some responsibility at corporate levels and let local management do the job they need to do to keep the store functional. read more

This was mostly a terrible experience. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because of the incredibly low prices and decent selection of merchandise. Things I noticed as I walked in included a nasty dirty floor, an employee had brought her small child to work, and the store seemed shorthanded. I gathered my four items I wanted to purchase and headed to the registers. There was one register open and I had two people in front of me, no big deal. When the girl in front of me was finishing her check out A dispute irrupt it over what she should have been charged and what she was actually charged. The manager was called over and could not figure out the problem either. This conflict drug on to the point at least 10 people had formed in line behind me. At this point, no new lanes opened to begin cashing others out. Near the conclusion of all of this, they eventually opened another lane and began checking other people out, but not before several people became fed up with the long wait and left. The manager apologized for the inconvenience however it is clear this place is understaffed and mismanaged. read more

Just a couple of things that influenced my rating. I get it that its hard to retain employees, but a couple of the cashiers have the personality of a rattlesnake. Realizing the parking lot is not yours but you should let the owner know of the issues. There is always trash and the stepping stones leading from the lot to the store are placed in the middle of the parking spot. Not a big deal as long as it isnt rainging, snowing or puddles. why woul you want to cross over mulch or mud when you could use the stepping stones if they were placed between each parking spot and not in the middle of one. read more

Huge fan of dollar tree. STOP ASKING PEOPLE!!! Everything is a dollar! You'd be shocked at the decent quality stuff you can get here. Here's a list of things I buy here monthly: Laundry Soap, Dish Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissue, Garbage Bags, Lawn 30 Gal Bags, Tooth Paste, Dental Floss, Mouthwash, shampoo, soap, Utility Gloves, Hammer, Screw drivers, nails, wire strippers, etc... A decent selection of cheap but usable tools. "Only a Dollar" Twine to tie up bundles of cut wood from trimmed shrubs. Kitchen items. Food items: Good soup, soft pretzels, garlic bread loaves, rice, pasta, tortillas, pizza crusts, sauce for pizza and pasta, tea bags, condiments. Eggs {check date!!!} Milk, hotdogs smoke sausage. All the these food items are surprisingly good. Sugar, flower, cooking oil. Canned Fruit etc... They have these smaller boxes of cereal, that are good for a variety, not the best deal, but I get them for a variety. The fast bite sandwiches are very good in the freezer section, Fish, Cheeseburger, and Rib are good, frozen pancakes are good. Some things at dollar tree can actually be higher priced than the Walmart because of the small package size. Just do the math. Only drawback, sometimes it can get crowded, and need stocked. read more

This dollar tree is the biggest one I have ever been too. They have alot of items that we do not have at my local dollar tree. They have socks galore to choose from as well as cute kids plates/cups and lunchbox selections. If i lived in this area i would frequent this place weekly. This dollar store may be a little dirty but the inventory will not dissapoint. read more

I love the Dollar Tree! Big story and usually pretty clean and organized well. Great places to find things to use for fun activities with the kids. I get all of my party supplies and holiday decor here. You can't beat the price for these types of items. I also found lots of great stocking stuffers and they even carry some Disney Jr. things, which my daughter is obsessed with. read more

Dollar Tree is an unethical and immoral organization. My mother got her hand slammed in the door, and Dollar Tree refuses to help with medical bills. She spent hours in the ER and is going to wound care treatment. Dollar Tree refuses to do anything and is glib and flippant and cheap. Dollar Tree's response is "there's nothing wrong with the door." The store is discriminating against the elderly and acting unethically. read more

This dollar tree is pretty organized and is clean compared to others. They have a lot of birthday supplies and other cool stuff. We usually visit this dollar tree pretty often when we are out in Miamisburg :) read more
