The girls working at Aerie were less than friendly and didn't say anything to us as we walked around. One stared at me while my daughter was looking around, but never said one word. The back half of the store is 50% off or more, but what you see is what you get. Racks of shoes are labeled by size but what you find in a Size 6 may not be available in a Size 9. You may also find five pairs of the same shoe on one rack. This definitely gives the shop a "picked over" feel. My favorite thing to get from Aldo are the handbags and wallets, but those are few and far between here. There is a small shelf with five kinds of handbags. Like the odds and ends of shoes, it gave me the feeling like I was looking at bottom of the barrel handbags. The selection is about twice as large as a traditional Aldo, and since our only retail store in Cincinnati is a small boutique in Kenwood Mall, you may have an easier time finding something here. Nothing really caught my eye, but if you're an Aldo brand follower, you should come check out the outlet.
