Bath & Body Works has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, even if the product is old, used, or you have no receipt. I sent my assistant to this store this morning to return a few unused, unscathed candles WITH receipts. She showed the manager, Ann, the web receipts, and was turned away because SHE couldn't find the receipts in her computer. The order is from March; a little older, yes, but there's nothing wrong with these candles. They've been in a closed box all this time. Ann tried to claim they were defaced because a post-it with the order # was taped to the top of the box (which they promptly throw away anyhow) I called the store and was met with shouting and sarcasm. I couldn't even speak without her interrupting and talking over me. I'm planning to call their corporate office tomorrow to report her but figured I would warn people to pick a different BBW store if they want any kind of decent customer service. read more

Bath and Body is located on the western side of the the Town and County Shopping Center near Stein Mart. Whenever we visit I am particularly impressed by how helpful the employees are. They will help you choose from the vast array of products that are available here. read more

The staff turned us away 30 minutes before the store closed because they were "at capacity". We said we would wait for others to leave and the lady said that they "hit capacity for the night and aren't accepting more people." We drove 20 minutes to get to the store for a once a year sale and lost the opportunity to enjoy it because of the laziness of these employees. We sat outside of the store to write this review in our cars and watched the lady let her friends into the store as well. read more

Id only ever browsed this location until recently. Of course every store was out of hand sanitizer. I gave them a call and they said they actually had some in stock! I hurried over and was glad to find they did. However, it would've been nice to know that the only remaining hand sanitizer were the mini pocket versions. You weren't allowed to buy any more than five. I bought five for myself and they smell amazing! Plus, they're pink and glittery. If you're fighting a crazy virus you might as well have fun with it! This location doesn't even deserve one star! On 01.08.2018 I entered this location in hopes of exchanging my Christmas gifts and purchasing a specific item I've been looking for. I chose this location because of its demographics I thought I'd definitely, find my favorite Lavender sandalwood body wash. As I entered this store the two associates working did not greet me nor did they even acknowledge me. I felt that to be quite odd being that I patronize Bath and Body Works so often I know the brand of the store prides themselves on their excellent customer service! Well not this day or at this location. The time I entered the store was 2:14p so the first I noticed was that I wasn't greeted or acknowledged; they were to busy chatting with one another for me to interrupt what they had to say! Maybe like two minutes after I arrived unnoticed an older Caucasian woman entered the store. She was acknowledged, and greeted IMMEDIATELY! She was also asked if there was anything in specific she was looking for? She navigated to the products she was interested in; then informed if she needed anything else to PLEASE LET EITHER OF THEM KNOW! The same exact scenario happened two more times within minutes of one another. By this time I am deliberately, walking back and forth in the store to ensure that I am seen. Never have been greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. But when the three Caucasian older women entered the store they were IMMEDIATELY greeted, acknowledged and helped. So I even video chatted my friend to show her what was happening in the store and how I had been treated! I waited until the three women were gone and approached who I later found out names were Hannah and Bri. I asked them why did they completely ignore me? I also informed them I had been in the store for 16 minutes without so much of a greeting. Hannah only apologized and Bri said she thought I had been helped already! How? They both seen me walk in the store! Bottom line it's now 2018 and there's NO EXCUSE FOR RACISM OF ANY KIND! I felt completely discriminated against! I will NEVER SHOP THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Worst location. The staff is mostly unfriendly and unprofessional. My sister in law worked there and received a gift from a customer for going above and beyond to help and the manager snatched it out of her hands to put in the register as overage. The management is unprofessional, unfriendly, unsympathetic and completely disregards the current covid19 crisis. We've contacted corporate and HR to resolve this matter but in the meantime I will be spending my money else where. read more

Terrible experience here. Been here many times and the store has gone way down hill due to one of the staff members. We were greeted by someone very nice with brown curly hair up in a bun. i wish I could say the same about the other girl working with her...she was tall with dirty blond Hair wearing light jeans with long bangs hanging in front of her face - she was not wearing a name tag. i approached her in the store and had to ask her twice to excuse me as she was in my way of looking at a candle - she offered no help and seemed super out of it and just stared at me. she also rung me up at the register and was very rude. She "greeted me" by saying "whats your number" and then proceeded to quietly ring me up. I had a photo of a coupon I wanted to use and she very quietly said something that I couldn't hear. I asked her to repeat herself and she Spoke slightly louder and seemed very flustered - she said I couldn't use the coupon unless I had it (I totally understand that if it is store policy) but I could barely understand her because she was speaking so softly and staring at the computer rather than making eye contact. After I paid, she just stared at me until I walked away. there was no "thanks, have a great day, etc). Really hoping this can be addressed because it truly ruined my shopping experience and any chance of coming back - I will be going to the Greene store from now on and referring anyone I know there as well. read more

This is a very nice Bath and Body location. They were very well stocked and had everything my family wanted. The staff is always very nice. I highly recommend this location. read more
