I literally fallen into a horrible depression because of this because I am stuck here for days on end I can't get no one to take me to the grocery store those days I sit here two or three days at a time without no food nothing to drink no way to go anywhere because I'm stuck here because you took my car away from me when the women that were working assured me that my vehicle would be fine until I got back and I explained to her I had to go get the tools to fix it and she said everything was fine not to worry it was fine don't worry it's fine repeatedly that's all she said. And when I finally got everything together and got back there they had told my car off for no reason she didn't even act like it was any problem at all like nothing the first shift people said that it was gone before they got there so it had been the third shift people you have no idea what you have done to me by taking my vehicle away I mean there's days I can't even get myself up because of this depression that I've fallen into! This review is for the self service car wash center that's right next to Shell and I couldn't find…read morethat but this Shell Gas Station comes up when I search for wash centers. This place is pretty bad, the water pressure is dismal at best. Spending $5 in change was a huge mistake. The machine takes a good 20-30seconds to change from presoak, to 'high pressure' soap, then rinse was a serious disappointment. For some strange reason, a 5second splurge of soap came thru when I was doing the final spot free rinse. So had to add more coins to get that rinsed off. The results are far from spectacular and even with almost 4minutes or 'spot free' rinse starting from room and working my way down... wait for it.... wait.... there are hard water spots al over the car!! I'd the owner is reading this, please contact me so we can discuss what is needed to fix this, or just shut it down because I think my cars worse off after washing it here...

It is a bit of a distance from the exit. The station is easily seen from the road at a convenient traffic light. The exterior parking lot and the gas pump area is clean and well maintained. I haven't had any trouble using my fuel rewards points here at the gas pumps. Because of the distance from the Springboro exit off of 75 North it is not my first choice to fill up at though. The station seems to get a good amount of business from the traffic that travels past it. I've found the price for regular gas very reasonable here. They clearly cater to sugary iced drinks and couldn't care less about actual coffee. I only drink hot lattes. Every time I go through any of their lines I say "medium HOT latte with oat milk" and every single time I pull up to the window it's "here's your iced oat milk latte". I also tried a cinnamon roll flavor and some sort of chocolate banana flavor. Both also came out iced after I asked for hot. The flavors were ok but it's just way too sweet for me.
