I literally fallen into a horrible depression because of this because I am stuck here for days on end I can't get no one to take me to the grocery store those days I sit here two or three days at a time without no food nothing to drink no way to go anywhere because I'm stuck here because you took my car away from me when the women that were working assured me that my vehicle would be fine until I got back and I explained to her I had to go get the tools to fix it and she said everything was fine not to worry it was fine don't worry it's fine repeatedly that's all she said. And when I finally got everything together and got back there they had told my car off for no reason she didn't even act like it was any problem at all like nothing the first shift people said that it was gone before they got there so it had been the third shift people you have no idea what you have done to me by taking my vehicle away I mean there's days I can't even get myself up because of this depression that I've fallen into! Holidays that I have missed birthdays where I couldn't see my kids it is a horrible horrible thing by taking my vehicle for no reason whatsoever! Nice people working here, but atrocious parking. Way too cramped. Took me 10 minutes to wiggle out…read morethis morning to avoid swiping trucks around me. The empty food warmers is so common with this branch and the Springboro location. I don't known if this is lack of ordering or lack of what but it sucks. Also....the hot dogs were nasty. I really wish I could count on them it would be so convenient as much as I travel for work if they both functioned like they should.

She has a stellar work ethic and a phenomenal sense of humor. Just 2 days ago she was actually working on her birthday! This morning I grabbed a gift card, asked her to put $25 on it, paid for it and my coffee and then handed the GC right back to her with a big fat smile and a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY FRIEND!" She couldn't believe that someone would do that for her. "FOR ME?? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!" It really is the thought that counts. Happy birthday, my friend... A guy stood there in front of ice machine on his phone. I didn't realized later he was an employee…read more So he totally ignored the cups with all syrup and there were no lids. After he filled his cup that was overflowing (probably why it's a mess) he went to the registers where he ignored a line. I went to a lady who had checked out four customers and all of a sudden they opened another register and she left... with me at the register. After they checked out two more customers I asked "should I go to another register?" Another guy came and said he'd check me out and she said, "we decided to change registers." Cool... but they didn't acknowledge me or tell me to go to the other register. (Sigh)
