We can all appreciate wanting to clean your vehicle, that's what the place is for but those who do not have the window tag are CONSTANTLY pulling into the wrong lane and requiring attendants to take their payment, quite often permitting the attendant to sell them a membership which took 11 minutes of wait time for those of us who ALREADY bought the membership and just want to drive through, wait the APPROPRIATE time it takes to take our turn and proceed ( get thee hell out of the way ). This practice of signing up new customers in the " Member's Lane " is unprofessional, deters Paid Customers from wanting to renew. I am one of those. Do The Job The Right Way,, make an explicit lane for MEMBERS ONLY,, and a PAY AS YOU GO lane for those who do not want or do not have a Membership. This has occurred the last Three (3) times I have gone there and it is annoying, Very annoying. LOTS of dog hair, all gone. His pricing is good, I think. Around $200 for interior detailing of my Wife's SUV. Worth every penny. He's very accommodating and easy to work with. I've had him come to my house for a job and this time I took it to his shop because of the weather. I most strongly recommend Diego's!

My two previous experiences at this car wash were bad. This time it was "strike three and they're…read moreout". Last two times, the windows were all left with streaks etc. To avoid that issue this time I chose not to have the interior done. This time I had spots where the machine missed and so did the worker. The tire dressing showed no shine at all. The overall look of the vehicle looked dull. Previous visits produced a shiny vehicle. The two clothes that were used for wipe down were dirty. To top it off this car wash took an unbelievable long time and it wasn't that busy. Only having two workers didn't help. Certainly no value here since their pricing is high. I won't be coming back that's for sure.
