I did get a call back 2 days later, got an apology and explanation plus 2 free car washes. Flying Ace has an advantage because they have on site staff to address any problems, however, I must say, Four Seasons does a GOOD job if you go thru the automated car wash providing you don't encounter any problems. Bottom line analysis: Flying Ace has a slight advantage over Four Seasons because of the following: *Always have personnel on site *Their vacuum's are better Four Seasons pro's are: *lower price *usually not crowded *Arby's is next door (just kidding!)
