Damaged my truck denied my claim. All staff were rude and acted like it was my fault. I quote "the scratches aren't from our equipment because they aren't consistent with our cleaning equipment." So did they magically appear once it rolled out of the wash? The car behind me was damaged they argued with that lady saying they were already on her car. I wouldn't recommend Mike's Carwash to a single soul anymore will gladly be going elsewhere. read more

Just before arriving into town for an overnight stay suddenly the sky started raining - bugs. Seriously it was raining down bugs like a rainstorm on the windshield. Never in my life have I seen anything like this before!! WTH?! After getting dinner and filling up the tank I scrubbed the windshield as best I could with the thingy at the gas station up the street figuring Mike's would be closed already. Thankfully they still had 15 minutes on the clock and it's the best $11 I've spent for a basic wash in a long time!! The car came out just about spotless and right by our hotel. Had a phone interview with Jaquie and was going good until she mentioned they don't hire people who have neck tattoos that are quarter size that are behind their ears even though my hair is quite long enough for them to be covered. Even stated I could use waterproof tattoo cover up to cover them. She stated "well that's not in our accommodations and you are working around water so we won't be moving forward with the interview process" then hung up. First time, last time customer. Got the $20 "Ultimate." My truck zipped through in about thirty seconds. No way that was a thorough cleaning. Out the other end I had soap still running all over, very far from dry. Same dirt spots were there as well. Wheels still plenty dirty. I saw most customers pulling out a towel afterward and wiping themselves. And you have to PAY for the vacuum? At the $20 price point? No wonder they try to upsell a book of six washes or more at a time. Or a subscription. A stand-alone wash doesn't hold up. And no, I don't want to go through again and waste my time and pound my car's paint with your filthy noodles, that left blue threads in my window sills. Stick to the $9 cheapest version, which is basically a wet-dusting of your car. Anything more than that is total rip-off. For $20 they should be hand-wiping dry, doing interior, and vacuuming. Two stars for a mediocre wash and at least the tires are shiny. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. Last week I was involved in an accident inside the car wash because the staff prompted me to enter the wash when there was a car less than 5ft in front of me. I attempted to wait before entering however, their representative kept signaling for me to enter. What ensued after was that I rear ended the car in front of me. I filed a claims report with this establishment immediately after the incident occurred. They assured me that they would call me in to the office to look at the video footage together and resolve the issue. Not only did I not get a call back, but I received a letter from them stating that they reviewed the video footage and it was determined that the car was left in drive when I entered the wash? I drive a manual transmission vehicle so I'm curious as to how I would've left a stick shift in drive? Hopefully someone can help me answer that question. Long story short. This business does not care about its customers and I would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of better establishments in the area. read more

YIPEE!!! Mike's finally reopened after being closed for repairs from the Memorial Day 2019 tornado. Pricing is somewhat expensive, but you get a discounted price if you do the early bird special (7:00 am to 9:00 am). Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. They guarantee their wash and if not satisfied they'll run you car through again for FREE. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the vacuums and towel dry the small excess water. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have a new car...just wash it your self or find a true touch less car wash. I took my brand new black truck here. When I came out there was spider webbing all over it. I filed a claim with the supervisor on duty Chad. I even helped him take pictures so they could see the spider webbing. Janice called me a day later to tell me they do not believe their equipment caused it because it looked like "swirls". I guess it was magic that caused it? It wasn't there before entering the car wash. After exiting the car wash it was there. All I wanted was them to pay for the detailing necessary to get rid of the spider webbing. They even drew a little face on the back window for my toddler. The company also displays popular stuffed animal characters to ease apprehensive children through the daunting wash. It really feels, and smells, like your car is getting clean. Even though you have to dry and clean the interior yourself, Mike's provides everything you need. If your car doesn't come out clean, highway bug splatter is usually the issue, they allow you to go through again without charge. I have 5 company trucks that I get washed at Mike's Car Wash in Eastgate. Love the wash, best in town. Cleans well but can be a rough wash. Recently I ended up with a cracked windshield. They refused to pay for it. I went to windshield shop and they told me they replace windshields all the time after vehicles get washed at Mike Car Wash. According to them if there is the slightest chip or imperfection in the windshield and you go through their car wash it will crack the windshield. A $400 replacement. The people working here were very friendly. The actual car wash not so great. After my first time going through the car was still dirty. They tell you if your not happy to come back through, second time washing still stuff on the car. I bought the ultimate which includes wheel brightened, tire shine, and underbody. Tires looked horrible, only sections of them were cleaned even after the second time around. There was also still bird crap and streaks on my car, and spots, so many spots :( they do not vac or hand dry or at least I wasn't offered anything like that. For $20 I don't think I'll be going back, we have a soft touch car wash around the corner for $10 that does just as good on the first time around. read more

The monthly unlimited option definitely seems like a good idea especially in winter months when the salt destroys your car especially when one wash is about $11-17 and unlimited is as low as $25 for the month.
