Damaged my truck denied my claim. All staff were rude and acted like it was my fault. I quote "the scratches aren't from our equipment because they aren't consistent with our cleaning equipment." So did they magically appear once it rolled out of the wash? The car behind me was damaged they argued with that lady saying they were already on her car. I wouldn't recommend Mike's Carwash to a single soul anymore will gladly be going elsewhere. read more

vacuums do anything but suck up what you need. also putting a price tag on everything here might as well go to another car wash and get a wash cheaper and use free vacuums. read more

Still doesn't dry well. Went through on Memorial Day and I commented that the flag should be at half mast. The employee I talked to said it was earlier but management put it back up. Well that's fantastic. read more

Just before arriving into town for an overnight stay suddenly the sky started raining - bugs. Seriously it was raining down bugs like a rainstorm on the windshield. Never in my life have I seen anything like this before!! WTH?! After getting dinner and filling up the tank I scrubbed the windshield as best I could with the thingy at the gas station up the street figuring Mike's would be closed already. Thankfully they still had 15 minutes on the clock and it's the best $11 I've spent for a basic wash in a long time!! The car came out just about spotless and right by our hotel. I like quality and convenience! Keep up the good work, Mike, whoever the heck you are! Thumbs up to your employees too! read more

Received EXCELLENT service today, Daris was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in selecting the best car service for my vehicle. Service was quick and extremely courteous. After this quick, but sincere interaction you have gained a loyal customer. read more

The wash itself wasn't the best. I got "The Works". What I'm most upset about is the fact that it messed up the wheel of my car, where it grabs onto it. I've been through many car washes like this, and this is the only one that has done any damage to my car. Very unhappy. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a phone interview with Jaquie and was going good until she mentioned they don't hire people who have neck tattoos that are quarter size that are behind their ears even though my hair is quite long enough for them to be covered. Even stated I could use waterproof tattoo cover up to cover them. She stated "well that's not in our accommodations and you are working around water so we won't be moving forward with the interview process" then hung up. So sad that my Ohio State tattoo is going to harm the company's reputation. read more

On Wednesday, 11/8/23, I purchased an Ultimate wash. When I arrived home the back of my SUV was as dirty as when it was before going through the wash. Apparently some of the brushes are not working as this has not been an issue before. read more

First time, last time customer. Got the $20 "Ultimate." My truck zipped through in about thirty seconds. No way that was a thorough cleaning. Out the other end I had soap still running all over, very far from dry. Same dirt spots were there as well. Wheels still plenty dirty. I saw most customers pulling out a towel afterward and wiping themselves. And you have to PAY for the vacuum? At the $20 price point? No wonder they try to upsell a book of six washes or more at a time. Or a subscription. A stand-alone wash doesn't hold up. And no, I don't want to go through again and waste my time and pound my car's paint with your filthy noodles, that left blue threads in my window sills. Stick to the $9 cheapest version, which is basically a wet-dusting of your car. Anything more than that is total rip-off. For $20 they should be hand-wiping dry, doing interior, and vacuuming. Two stars for a mediocre wash and at least the tires are shiny. read more

$11 for basic wash plus $2 for vacuum. Car was not spotless. Whitewater is $8 for basic and free vacuums, plus my car was spotless and included towels. Flying Ace basic wash is $7 with free vacuums. Did not seem like a great value at Mike's versus similar services elsewhere. read more

Why did you raise the price of vacs from $1 to $2? Many of your competitors have free vacs and the wash is comparable to yours. I have been a long time customer but I will be going to another car wash. read more

Way too pricey for the service!! You can receive the exact same deluxe car wash at other local washes and receive FREE heavy duty vacuum cleaners for FREE!! Customer service here is just the same as you'd get elsewhere that offers deluxe car washes!! $1.00 a Vacuum cleaner is a RIP OFF for 4 minutes!! Still .50 cents at Yellow Springs wash your own car & dog wash! They are making millions off these rich people in Beavercreek! No doubt! read more

Outstanding service by a team member who took time on her break to help me when my car battery died while vacuuming my car. Lindsay saw me struggling and went out of her way during her lunch break to jump my car for me with a battery jumper she had in her car. I didn't know how to use the jumper, she did all the work while I sat in my car. Thanks again Lindsay! read more

10 second wash, bugs still all over the car. $20 I'll never see again. Hate to complain, but come on. Had to pay for vacuum and spent 2 of the 4 minute period trying to screw the attachment back on to the end of the hose. Flying Ace has free vacuums that suck harder than the Bengals losing the super bowl. Won't be back here again. read more

Love Mike's! Know it is expensive, but the machines do such a wonderful job! They provide towels for you to wipe your car off, and the vacuum is cheap. The people that take your money are always pleasant and helpful. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. Last week I was involved in an accident inside the car wash because the staff prompted me to enter the wash when there was a car less than 5ft in front of me. I attempted to wait before entering however, their representative kept signaling for me to enter. What ensued after was that I rear ended the car in front of me. I filed a claims report with this establishment immediately after the incident occurred. They assured me that they would call me in to the office to look at the video footage together and resolve the issue. Not only did I not get a call back, but I received a letter from them stating that they reviewed the video footage and it was determined that the car was left in drive when I entered the wash? I drive a manual transmission vehicle so I'm curious as to how I would've left a stick shift in drive? Hopefully someone can help me answer that question. Long story short. This business does not care about its customers and I would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of better establishments in the area. read more

YIPEE!!! Mike's finally reopened after being closed for repairs from the Memorial Day 2019 tornado. Pricing is somewhat expensive, but you get a discounted price if you do the early bird special (7:00 am to 9:00 am). Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. They guarantee their wash and if not satisfied they'll run you car through again for FREE. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the vacuums and towel dry the small excess water. BTW, expect long lines, especially on the first sunny day after a snow storm. THE HAPPENING PLACE in Beavercreek for a car wash! read more

Place is closed until spring 2020. Found out that they had storm damage. Good luck in reopening.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have a new car...just wash it your self or find a true touch less car wash. I took my brand new black truck here. When I came out there was spider webbing all over it. I filed a claim with the supervisor on duty Chad. I even helped him take pictures so they could see the spider webbing. Janice called me a day later to tell me they do not believe their equipment caused it because it looked like "swirls". I guess it was magic that caused it? It wasn't there before entering the car wash. After exiting the car wash it was there. All I wanted was them to pay for the detailing necessary to get rid of the spider webbing. However, she was adamant that they didn't cause it. Ridiculous! Save yourself the time, money, and heartache. Wash it your self. read more

I've been going to Mikes Carwash for a few years in Beavercreek and always get fast and friendly service. Their professional staff greets me with a hello and a genuine smile every time. Cold, windy, overcast morning. Pulled into Mike's Car Wash. I was the only car there. Looked into my console and found a coupon. Without looking at it, I passed it to the attendant. He said the coupon was expired and he couldn't honor it. Ok, i get it. I had an expired coupon. They've always accepted them in the past. It was only a couple of dollars, so no big deal. I bypassed the car wash and came home. read more

This is the best automatic, DIY car wash in the area. Hence the reason for the long lines. But Mike's Car Washes are very efficient. The staff is always courteous. They even drew a little face on the back window for my toddler. The company also displays popular stuffed animal characters to ease apprehensive children through the daunting wash. It really feels, and smells, like your car is getting clean. Even though you have to dry and clean the interior yourself, Mike's provides everything you need. If your car doesn't come out clean, highway bug splatter is usually the issue, they allow you to go through again without charge. The prices are higher than the gas station washes, but you get what you pay for. Another bonus to this particular location is their coupons on the back of Kroger receipts. read more

Mike's Carwash - Not only do they have popular stuffed animal characters, but they also draw cute faces for the little ones. - Car Wash Near Me - Beavercreek, Ohio

Place sucks....car goes in dirty and comes out dirty...plus the machine leaves marks all over your car.....don't waste your time/money

lately there is so much soap left on the cars you almost have to go over the whole car with a wet cloth. it wasn't always like that.

I have 5 company trucks that I get washed at Mike's Car Wash in Eastgate. Love the wash, best in town. Cleans well but can be a rough wash. Recently I ended up with a cracked windshield. They refused to pay for it. I went to windshield shop and they told me they replace windshields all the time after vehicles get washed at Mike Car Wash. According to them if there is the slightest chip or imperfection in the windshield and you go through their car wash it will crack the windshield. A $400 replacement. Mike's refused to take responsibility for the crack but offered me two washes for free. Right.... like I'm going back. read more

I was very disappointed when I got out of my truck and seen it was still filthy. Yes they were busy but they didn't even take time to pre wash some of the dirty areas on my truck. They seem to worried about just pushing you through then doing a good job. I expected more from them but I guess I was wrong . Collect my $20.00 and get the hell out of the way!!! I tried them and they OK. Price is high and still have bugs around windshield. I am still looking for a decent price for a Excellent wash.

Overpriced for what you're getting. I would have left 4 stars had I not been lied to. I pulled up having never been here before and asked the cashier/service person if this was a brushless car wash since I didn't want small scratches in my paint. I was told yes, so I paid and entered a car wash filled with brushes! Thanks for your dishonesty and for the swirl marks on my Tesla. read more

So this place is no better than a gas station car wash. You can pay up to $19 and they only clean the outside. There is no one to clean your interior and if you choose to clean your interior you have to pay and do it yourself. I gave them a 2 because they're super friendly. Not worth your valuable money. read more

The people working here were very friendly. The actual car wash not so great. After my first time going through the car was still dirty. They tell you if your not happy to come back through, second time washing still stuff on the car. I bought the ultimate which includes wheel brightened, tire shine, and underbody. Tires looked horrible, only sections of them were cleaned even after the second time around. There was also still bird crap and streaks on my car, and spots, so many spots :( they do not vac or hand dry or at least I wasn't offered anything like that. For $20 I don't think I'll be going back, we have a soft touch car wash around the corner for $10 that does just as good on the first time around. read more

The monthly unlimited option definitely seems like a good idea especially in winter months when the salt destroys your car especially when one wash is about $11-17 and unlimited is as low as $25 for the month. Only wish that the washes were full service and included a vaccum, etc. Wouldn't mind paying an extra few $$ read more

Mike's Car Wash offered free car washes for Veteran's Day. There was a line of cars that the staff moved pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly and actually smiled and waved to you! Made you want to smile, too! Thanks Mike! read more

I am in no way a car wash connoisseur so fortunately my husband is. He trusts his baby to Mike's so it has to be good. Staff there is super friendly and professional. Hey they wear ties to wash cars. I mean seriously, a tie? at a carwash? Yes siree bob. They do it at Mike's. I get car sick so I recommend stepping out and letting someone else do the driving if you can. I got sick. The car was squeaky clean when we exited. What would make it a 5 star experience? Hand drying. There is no option for that but hey not everyone is perfect right? This car wash comes pretty close though! read more

Spent $20 on a car wash that did completely nothing. Wash it Dean a few miles away is $7 cheaper and does a way better job
