    Not very customer oriented , almost like they don't want to be there. Probably go back to Mikes Car Wash when they open back up.

    I would rate this car wash 5 stars for the quality of the wash alone. My car always looks great…read morewhen it comes out and I love that it's touchless. I'd say their prices are average ($7 cheapest, $15 highest) in comparison to other car washes in surrounding towns...but in Xenia it's probably the priciest. Honestly though, you get what you pay for! Another reason for my rating though, is the responsiveness of the owner and his willingness to correct issues. This car wash has an app that you can download. You can purchase your washes ahead of time on the app and scan the code from your phone when you arrive at the car wash. When you purchase washes on the app you accrue points that you can eventually redeem for free washes. Yesterday, my husband left work in the late morning and purchased a wash on his app. He went straight to the car wash, waited in a bit of a line and then scanned his code when it was his turn (he was next, there was a car in the wash). It went through fine but then when the car in the wash finished, the door never opened to let him drive through. He waited for a while and it still didn't open. There were about six cars in line behind him so there was no reversing to get out, he had no choice but to pay for another wash to get the door to open. He sent the owner an email (since it was Easter Sunday he figured there probably wouldn't be anyone answering the phone) explaining what happened. The owner emailed him back this morning and he was so friendly and understanding. He credited my husband's card for the second wash and even added a free wash to his account on the app for next time, which was completely unnecessary! Obviously with technology there are sometimes glitches and things can go wrong...but not everyone is always willing to make things right. Just another reason my husband and I will continue to use this car wash!

From what I saw had the car been financed with WPCU it would have been sold for 29674-1750 rebate, the difference in the price charged is the fee capital one charged Me:Minus the DEALER discount of $2,576 Jeremy:No, the dealer discount is off the msrp....that is how we get to  $29,674 Msrp 32250 Minus 2576 Equals 29674 Minus 1750 rebate Equals the price advertised Only difference is we charged 29674 plus 1290 bank processing fee 30,694 We are saying the same thing the unit should be 29674 minus rebates and it was but the bank charges a fee and that was added to the structure Me:No we're not. I'm saying that the starting cost with rebates before we get to bank costs should be 27,924. No where is that reflected! You only reference the 1750 discount not the 2576 as well. Never again!!!!!! Buyer beware!!! 1 week after closing the deal on my vehicle. My Bluelink is still not working and Bluelink just keeps saying that the modem is not functioning properly. We will get back to you in 5-7 business days with an update.

I am completely dependent on it for my independence. A panel on the bottom of the passenger door had come loose and I feared I was in danger of having it fall off. I took it in to Germain and Josh was able to fix it while I waited. He even had it washed which I'd been afraid to have done due to the loose panel. This is an immediate example of great customer service extended to my family doing my son's car recovery. Mr. Josh Fosdick kept my family updated on how the repairs were going throughout the repairs. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with you & the team behind you regarding the repair work done on my son's 2018 Dodge Charger Scat Pack after it was stolen.
