DO NOT TRUST THIS CARWASH TO HONOR ANY DAMAGE On 3/13/26 I went to get my 2019 Audi washed at the Whitewater car wash in Springboro off the 73. Went through the machine fine and parked in the southern most parking spot facing the bank. As it was very windy that day the towel cart was not outside and I needed to go inside the office to get drying towels . As I was walking back to my car a fallen sign, which had recently been picked up from falling over by an employee, was cartwheeled by a gust of wind into the passenger side of the Audi. This created several dents and chips in the paint of the passenger side doors. I immediately flagged over the manager, Alex, who admitted to seeing the sign hitting the car. We filled out information on his phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage. The following day I got a phone call from Alex who let me know that I needed to bring in three estimates and they would approve the fix. On 3/21 I dropped off the three estimates. I returned on 3/27 as I had yet to be contacted nearly a week later I was told that they did not believe I got accurate estimates. I went to Voss, White-Alan and a Mercedes collision center down in West Chester. These are all certified and reliable locations. Alex told me he would contact me again the following day. This was 3 weeks ago and they have ghosted me. Because of their shady business practices I had to contact my insurance which will certainly increase my premiums. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! read more

I was instructed to steer closer to the left when entering the vehicle belt for the carwash. The tire cleaner drove through my running boards and scratched them up completely. Also have the monthly plan for ceramic, or at least I did.... It's too expensive for me to continue. I'll wash across the street in a touchless wash which is not as thorough but much less expensive. read more

It's pretty expensive. Often leaves dirty spots on my car or misses things. That said, the awesome part of the free vacuum is great. I don't think I've seen a difference in the cheaper package from the expensive one. And unlimited is limited to one car, I guess that makes sense, but I was hoping to bring both my cars down for a wash that day. I don't really wash mine more than once a month Oh well. read more

Ive been a monthly plan customer since they opened but cancelled today and will not return. There have been issues that have been getting worse with some of the equipment not working that they have been slow to repair. Today I took my Lincoln thru and all was well until the blow drying area. I got a tire pressure warning saying my right front tire was 9 psi. I pulled out and it was flat with a medium size bolt in it. There was no way that happened before as the hole was so large. The attendant was helpful and helped me change the tire. He called the owner who would not talk to me but told him it was not their fault and to send me away. I know things happen but this is inexcusable. I cancelled my monthly plans and will be going to Tommy's in Franklin From now on. read more

This was my first time using this car wash and my poor car needed it! I didn't think to take a before picture but just use your imagination when I say I park near a tree with red berries. Since my car was a mess I went with all the bells and whistles and purchased the fanciest wash they offer at $18! Whew! I would not normally pay that much but I sacrificed my paycheck for you, dear yelpers. There is a touch screen menu where you choose which wash you want and there is an option for a monthly subscription which I may look into. After payment you pull up and an attendant will guide you in to the correct position, then you place your car in neutral and watch the magic happen! Car washes are exciting lol. I was surprised to see there was a man inside the wash off to the side doing something. Can you be in a car wash while it runs? Did he work there? Was he taking a shower? So many questions! I liked that they had what appeared to be a dryer roller thing that gives you a once over. I've never seen that before. There are free vacuums to use afterward but I did not have time to try them. When I got home I was pleased. My car wasn't completely clean of the bug and debris spatter but it looked really shiny! read more

Nice car wash. The check in has big screens that are easy to navigate and you have several selections. If you've got a real mess, you can also choose to have a person do a pre-wash light scrub. Plus the vacuums a awesome. I would like for them to increase the drying time, but if you have the time there are plenty of parking spots to finish drying your car and use one of the free vacuums. read more

My husband and I pay for the most expensive wash which is ceramic and we pay monthly. Every time we go they don't prep for ceramic which is extra that we pay for, the tire shine works maybe half the time and the Turbo dry is a joke. read more

Great car wash! I love the monthly plans - they are best value in the area. I wish their Middletown location was built the same because I'd use it every day! The free vacuums are a great feature - I haven't used them yet without also washing my truck, but I can definitely see myself in the future just sliding in to quickly vacuum some stuff spilled by the kids when I don't have time for a full wash. read more

The carwash did excellent on my vehicle. Our car came out very clean. My only complaint is the manager named Ben, who creeps my wife out when we try to vacuum our car. I have seen him standing on side of building smoking while she is bent over, looking our way. Nobody here but us, & he wants to stare a hole thru her, or better yet, acting as though he's interested in the garbage to try and start a conversation with her. This happens every time we come in. Don't have no issues with anybody else. Everybody seems friendly. Just this guy. read more

Won't be coming back again. Payed $21 total for the most expensive option and the sides of my car we not cleaned at all. There's still dirt marks on my front in and to top it off they don't answer their bloody phone. Go the the carwash in Franklin that lets you spray your car yourself and save $16 dollars for the same result. read more

* update Todd called and they're going to reimburse me for my wiper I ran through the car wash in Springboro on 7/5. The attendant taped down my rear wiper, never had anyone do that before. I noticed when I left my wiper broke off completely. I called immediately they said they found it. Went in on 7/6 and it turns out it was broken so it couldn't be attached. They had me fill out an incident report to get a new rear wiper. The lady told me it usually takes 3-5 days for them to come in. It's now 8/5 and still no rear wiper. I've call a number of times, 75% of the time no one answers the phone. I've left messages and no one will return my call. Todd said on 7/31 that he'd call me back that day or the next . . . still no call. They're giving me the run around on a $60 rear wiper. Also my car is a 2019 so the wiper didn't rip off bc it age or anything of the sort. read more

I have a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Gave this wash a second try but doubt I'll be coming back again. Doesn't wash the whole Jeep. The back end of it barely even gets touched. Why pay $15 when only half of your vehicle actually gets washed. Then the dryer .. turbo?? Not so much. I just spent 8-10 minutes towel drying the entire vehicle because there was plenty of water left on the windows and vehicle. Hopefully this helps improve your wash since we have taken 4 cars between our family/relatives through this wash and we all have the same opinion. read more

A little disappointed. Great car wash, comparable to all the other big name ones and best pricing for monthly plans, but with any indication of weather, even much later in the day, they won't even open. I drove by this morning well after open, no clouds in the sky but they were closed. I'm going to continue to give them a chance, but like I said, a little disappointed. read more

If you drive a larger vehicle don't expect this place to get it entirely clean. I left there with a 3' wide racing strip of dirt and grime down the center of my back hatch. Definitely not worth the money. read more

Been going here for over a month and I usually wipe down my truck after I go through. I didn't have time today and when I got home, water spots everywhere. Seems the water they are using is very hard. Never had this happen at other car washes. Will give it a few more times and see what happens. Also, today it didn't seem to rinse all that well. Still had soap in areas. read more
