Went through the machine fine and parked in the southern most parking spot facing the bank. As it was very windy that day the towel cart was not outside and I needed to go inside the office to get drying towels . As I was walking back to my car a fallen sign, which had recently been picked up from falling over by an employee, was cartwheeled by a gust of wind into the passenger side of the Audi. This created several dents and chips in the paint of the passenger side doors. I immediately flagged over the manager, Alex, who admitted to seeing the sign hitting the car. We filled out information on his phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage. The following day I got a phone call from Alex who let me know that I needed to bring in three estimates and they would approve the fix. On 3/21 I dropped off the three estimates. I returned on 3/27 as I had yet to be contacted nearly a week later I was told that they did not believe I got accurate estimates. I went to Voss, White-Alan and a Mercedes collision center down in West Chester. These are all certified and reliable locations. Alex told me he would contact me again the following day. This was 3 weeks ago and they have ghosted me. Because of their shady business practices I had to contact my insurance which will certainly increase my premiums. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Some of the stops could have went terribly wrong had I not acted incredibly quickly. What happened was a few things. First, the attendant hit the code in about 20 seconds before actually hit the conveyer that pulls the car through. Just enough time for things to start moving exactly when I got on the conveyor. I had seconds to put the car in park. Which I thankfully did before any catastrophe struck. What's not cool is that it gave her zero time to pre spray my vehicle as it should have been done. The front, hood, top and rear got literally one squirt at best before the brushless mechanism hi the car. I expected better. That pre wash.soak gets the hardened bugs and stuff off and makes the wash much more thorough. Plus it wets the car helping to prevent scratching. I stopped afterwards to ensure there was no visible damage to the vehicle given all that happened. Notice there was still dirt on the front bumpers and hood. The wash experience could have been better for $18. Usually is. It was just disappointing. And almost a costly experience should something have went wrong with the belt starting so quickly. By stubborn, I mean scrubbing with all my might could not remove the dirt, regardless of any cleaners I had from home. I genuinely thought it might just be something wrong with the paint. After the first wash, I got home and was sad to see it was still there. My wheels were also still dirty and the rims were terrible (and I had the ultimate wash!!). I went back and explained the issue to Megan, one of the attendants, and she sent me back in for free! She also got my car a full body spray. Unfortunately, the dirt and grunge was still present, though mu better than the first wash. I talked to Megan again and she brought her manager (whose name was Fallon) over, who personally applied an "MVP" cleaner to it. After the third wash, it looked awesome! Much fo the dirt was gone besides a few smudged spots. Even though it already looked way better, Fallon went the extra mile and personally scrubbed any remaining dirt off with the cleaner! She also cleaned the rims as well! Now my car looks AWESOME, the cleanest it has looked in YEARS. All this and I never had to pay any additional fees! They were very understanding and made sure the job was done for the price of a single wash. I could not have asked for better service! I will absolutely be going back any time I need a car wash!
