I brought my brand new vehicle with under 200 miles to have the windows tinted. Once I got it home I immediately noticed several bubbles throughout the windshield, drivers and passenger windows. I should also note that this is the SECOND vehicle I've taken to the same Ziebart that had such poor service I had to take it back for repair. I've had several vehicles tinted and know that it sometimes takes some time for the liquid to evaporate. This wasn't liquid however and I can clearly see dirt and hair or fibers under the film which simply won't go away. I called Brian to set up a time to have it looked at. He immediately dismissed me and said I needed to wait two weeks. I tried to explain that wouldn't work because it was more than liquid and wouldn't evaporate on its own. He then raised his voice and said "if you're going to talk over me I'm just going to hang up". I then asked Brian if they offered shuttle service so I could get to work, as I already took a day off to get the original service completed, but he declined. At this point I told him I would just like to bring my vehicle back, have the tint removed and get my money back. Brian told me that he doesn't offer refunds of any sort and that I wasn't going to tell him how to run his business. I asked Brian for a corporate number but he gave me an email and told me "if that's how you want to play this, I'm not doing anything for you. Let customer service work it out". I told Brian I would be stopping by the store after I got off work. After arriving at the store, Brian looked at my vehicle and tried to act like he didn't see any issues. I pointed out several spots and he said "in the tint industry, if you can't see it from 20 feet away that's considered a good tint job". I told Brian that wasn't acceptable as I paid $400 for the service and that I've had window tint installed by another local company and it was perfect. Brian then suggested I should have went back to them before again telling me that I wasn't going to tell him how to run his business. Brian then tried to get some of the bubbles out and was of course unsuccessful. At that point he offered to redo my windshield and passenger window "because I was so upset". We went inside to schedule an appointment and while scheduling the appointment, I again asked for contact information to the corporate office. Brian immediately shut down his computer and said "if that's how you want to play this, we are done here. Email corporate and let them figure it out. Make sure you take lots of pictures". I told Brian he had no business working with or talking to customers that way and wanted the contact information for corporate in case the problem wasn't resolved. He then told me he wasn't helping me and that he would also be emailing corporate and telling them not to help. I'll be contacting the BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals office. Ziebart took my money for an incomplete and defective job and is refusing to correct it or issue a refund. This is a predatory business that doesn't deserve anyone's money or time.

Called the shop back told me to take pictures and bring the vehicle back in the next day.. When we got there Eric said there was no way they could have caused it and stormed off like a 3 year old child when we started asking questions.. Seems kinda guilty by reacting that way if you ask me. Then we spoke to Anthony and he talked us though what may have happened but still no resolution from then and denying any responsibility. I have recommend them for years this was my second car done by them and I'm extremely disappointed in how they handled this situation. I paid over $400 and that's how they treat a paying customer.. They broke a piece on the door and told me it was like that when they got the car? And back to today. Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks. Steves been tinting windows for 25yrs and Reegen(who runs the desk along with Nezy the pup) is just so dag gone nice! I'm just so pleased on how the car looks now.

A few days ago I stopped at this location for a car wash. I…read morepurchased the choose two wash which is normally my selection of washes. The car wash was busy. But, I was able to get in and through pretty quickly. What I miss as of late at mikes car wash is the extra level of spraying down the vehicle before it actually gets put through the wash. The past few times I have been to a mikes car wash the attendant barely strays off the front. It used to be that they would spray down at minimum the front and rear along with windshield. And if you were really lucky they would hit your tires and sides before pushing the car through. If I had one suggestion it would be that they go after that initial soapy spray a little more on vehicles. Afterall you are paying $18+ for the service and it seems like the least that could be done. Good location, friendly staff. Just could do a bit better on the initial personal IMO.
