Tammy helped me with the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process . I called at around 10am to get my two front windows done and she was able to get me in THAT DAY at 3pm due to a cancellation. It took less than an hour and was reasonably priced for the high end tint I received. I also want to point out their very simple online free quote. I was quoted $209 dollars for everything I wanted and payed that EXACT amount at the end. There were zero hidden free or add ons which I really appreciate! I plan to recommend Eclipse to friends and family from now on!!

Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. Can't thank them enough for the providing the look I wanted for my vehicle and Tammy for her excellent service.

Great attitude among the folks who work there. You can tell they are happy doing what they're doing. Like the old saying, "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Rarely do I have advertise for people but, I am going to make an exception for 'Beyond Kompare'. They had a 2X shirt with all of their info on it. Actually a very nice shirt and design. So, yes. I went there! And, I got the shirt!

Called the shop back told me to take pictures and bring the vehicle back in the next day.. When we got there Eric said there was no way they could have caused it and stormed off like a 3 year old child when we started asking questions.. Seems kinda guilty by reacting that way if you ask me. Then we spoke to Anthony and he talked us though what may have happened but still no resolution from then and denying any responsibility. I have recommend them for years this was my second car done by them and I'm extremely disappointed in how they handled this situation. I paid over $400 and that's how they treat a paying customer.. Would not recommend them at this point. Take your business else where if you value your money!! UPDATE in response to the shop.. this is exactly what Google reviews are for.. You have no claim against me. This is exactly what happened and how you chose to handle a paying customer. Looking forward to hearing from you. P. S. Would have been nice for you to share my photos I added to this review to your business Facebook page along with your response to this post about this review..
