They were incredibly responsive when I called, and answered all of my questions. I paid $238.25 for the mobile service, which included glass clean up, the replacement window, labor, and taxes. The technician came out to my apartment later the same day, was very communicative and the install took less than an hour! After installation, he went through everything he did, what I could expect (i.e. hearing glass in the door is normal, keep an eye out for glass coming out of the drain at the bottom of the door), and told me I can call to get a full itemized list of everything I was charged for. After a fairly upsetting day dealing with my car being broken into, contacting Auto Glass Discounters was the easiest part of my day and quickly eased my stress about getting a replacement installed. Hopefully I will not need auto window replacement service again anytime soon, but if I ever do I'll definitely be calling them again!

The "manager," Jeff, literally insulted, threatened, and argued with us about giving a discount for what we had to go through and after knowing our vehicle was damaged. We sent multiple pictures to Jeff, proving the damage, as well as his tech on camera causing the damage. However, they refuse to call us back. Now we have hundreds of dollars coming out of our pockets to fix this company's disaster of a window replacement. Unbelievable. Answering to your comment, Gary: This shows the complete ignorance and disrespect you have for your customers. Here you are arguing with me over something that was 100% your company's fault. After day 1, we were told any damage to the vehicle would be fixed at the company's expense. Nothing was fixed On day 2. The "let's make a deal price" was agreed upon between Jeff and my Fiancé with him stating the full warranty would be honored with the receipt from your company, yet no one will take our calls or have enough respect to call us back to resolve the damage caused by your technician. The door now rattles with glass at the bottom, which was a careless job. Stop making excuses. Fix the problem, you know it's there.

To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. Within 3 hours of calling about the issue, ClearShield had sent a representative to come and replace my window. We had a little snag (they brought the wrong size window), but they were able to quickly fix this and come to my work location the next day. The whole fix took less than an hour and the serviceperson was extremely kind. Per the invoice it looked like they didn't even charge for labor, so I think I probably should have tipped this guy (which I feel bad about so ClearShield let me know), but all in all a great experience for a lousy issue.

At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. For better or for worse, I've had to get a few windows repaired at my home. One of those was done…read morerecently. After calling a few places, I decided to use Ryan's because they offered a free estimate. The estimate appointment wasn't available as early as I would have liked but they were great about keeping the time they promised. The estimate came shortly after their initial visit. I agreed and only had to put 50% down to get the process moving forward. Once again, the time to have the window made and installed was schedule further out than I would have liked but it wasn't the end of the world. The window was installed exactly when they said it would be. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it easy for us to trust that it was being done right. If you need a window repair, I would expect it to take them up to a week to come provide the estimate and then another few weeks to have it made and installed. But I think you'll find that they do a great job.
