Wow! Just wow! I've been a little nervous about getting my windows tinted and finally pulled the trigger and couldn't be more happy with Eclipse. Tammy helped me with the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process . I called at around 10am to get my two front windows done and she was able to get me in THAT DAY at 3pm due to a cancellation. I usually review food places but I have to say something about Eclipse tinting. I was met by Tammy upon entering their facility. So friendly and informative. Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. I've used this shop for over 10 years, brought them 5 vehicles, and have referred others because of my past experiences. Unfortunately, this recent situation did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect. I had a small tint defect that I noticed from day one after installation, but did not address with the business. Over a year later, it appeared to delaminate, which can occur when a contaminant trapped between the glass and adhesive creates a localized adhesion failure that worsens over time through heat cycles, thermal expansion, and adhesive stress. The defect was a circular mark with a visible halo around it, which is more consistent with a localized adhesion issue than a typical surface abrasion. When I brought it in, multiple staff members repeatedly insisted it was "physical damage," including the explanation that a seatbelt could create a perfectly circular mark in the middle of the window. That explanation did not align with the defect I was seeing, especially since seatbelt contact would more typically leave an elongated scuff, arc, or irregular abrasion rather than a clean, centered circle with a halo. It was frustrating to feel like my concern was dismissed rather than properly evaluated. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to redo the tint at no charge. However, during the replacement process I noticed another contaminant before leaving and had to point it out for correction. After the second attempt, there was still a visible dust speck in the upper corner, which I was told was "acceptable" as long as it was not in the main line of sight. I appreciate that they honored the redo, but the overall experience was disappointing. The repeated insistence that the original issue was my fault, the need for multiple attempts, and the remaining defect did not match the quality and attention to detail I had experienced from them over the years. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly valued this business and would like to see them maintain the standard that originally earned my trust. read more

A product and service that you can see to believe! I've been using Eclipse Window Tinting for many years now and they've treated at least three of my vehicles, if not more. In each case, the service and product have always exceeded my expectations. Their process is easy. They're always friendly and helpful if you give them a call and ask questions. Even more helpful for those who've not had windows tinted before. Going a step further, they have plenty of great samples and examples to show if you visit their facility. I'd recommend this, if you're new to tinting, to get a first hand look of the product and a clear idea of what to expect. I've gone with multiple levels and qualities of tint on my vehicles. I can say that from all of the options that I have purchases, they've all come with a warranty that backs the product and their workmanship. The warranty will NOT cover any dings or chips within the tint. That's on you. So if you're the one who lets the seatbelt fly every time you get out of your car, that seatbelt will leave a mark on the window tint film. So be cautious of that. I've never had to return to Eclipse for an issue. Some of my vehicles have had tint for over 4 years and I've noticed no fading, bubbling, peeling, discoloration etc. It literally looks as it did the day I had it installed. Like with some things, window tinting comes with rules. Some do not like ammonia based cleaners or other specified chemicals in glass cleaning products. Know your tint and follow the rules. Also, you don't want to roll your window down for a minimum of 3 days, but up to 7 days. The installation process requires the tint film to "cure" a bit. Rolling the windows up and down could potentially disrupt the position of the film on the window. This too is on YOU, so pay attention. If you follow the few rules that window tint film has, you'll be good to go and know that the products that Eclipse carries are of the highest quality. In Nov 2025, I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE tinted all the way around. Obviously not the windshield. In total, it was $399. I called on a Monday or Tuesday, scheduled for Friday and they got the job done in about 90 minutes. I've had them finish up faster but what I sometimes do is, bring two cars. Drop off the car to be tinted. Go out to lunch and, if it isn't already finished, your car should be ready in no time at all. Fast, friendly service and quality products. Nothing wrong with that. Would I go back? Obviously, yes. This is my go-to for window film and I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

I like to think I did alot of research when looking into window tint companies. Eclipse sold me on a few things...they were very responsive, they have the film precut to fit your vehicle rather than cut in when applying, they were very knowledgeable and took the time to help me pick out just how dark to go. They are a bit more expensive then some other companies, however I feel like in this case you get way you pay for. I will happily return to have them tint other vehicles in the future. read more

So usually the only time I refer to Yelp is when I'm leaving an awful review. This review is based solely on being a first time customer to this shop and having buyer experience with other tinting shops. I'll leave the comments based on the timeline of purchasing. 1. Online Quoting- they are very responsive and the lady at the front, Mrs. T I believe was very helpful. Although I was confused with the quoted price, I kind of understood most of it. 2. Scheduling- I think I booked my apt. A week out, no big deal. 3. Check in- was easy, the front desk women will go over the quote and explain the process. She tested my windows that had manufacturing tent which allowed her to make matches all the way around. 4. Waiting- I was told to expect to wait for 2-2.5 hours. They were finished in about an hour and a half. The waiting area is nice and welcoming, they offer coffee and water. They have comfy couches to sit on. It's pretty nice. The only issue and reason for not being 5 stars is the T.V. Looping their own services on the screen for two hours. Maybe I could have asked if they could change it but it was a drag. 5. Paying and finished product- Once completed, she goes over your warranty information and explains the do's and don't with the windows - can't roll down windows for 5-7 days, etc. They accept all cards. Pretty easy. Overall- this is the nicest tint shop in the area and they have great customer service. I mixed up my appointment dates and they were kind enough to still squeeze me in since I was already there. My windows and windshield look great. I was at the dealership purchasing my car as they were giving me a price for tint. I decided to go on yelp and look for a company near me and get a quote. Got a quote for a window tint on my car(tesla model 3) then when I went into schedule they more than doubled the quote. Gave me some bs reasons. This was over a year ago. Then when I got a quote for paint protection and had a discount from auto show they wouldn't honor 100 dollars off they offered me. Said they could do 50. I have heard great things about there work, but from my experience they have terrible business ethics. Don't go here if you expect the right thing to be done. Edit*** in response to owner. It is still terrible business to quote someone work and then go back on that quote, plus I had two other shops quote me and do not extort me by charging extra for my specific model of car.
