We had a little snag (they brought the wrong size window), but they were able to quickly fix this and come to my work location the next day. The whole fix took less than an hour and the serviceperson was extremely kind. Per the invoice it looked like they didn't even charge for labor, so I think I probably should have tipped this guy (which I feel bad about so ClearShield let me know), but all in all a great experience for a lousy issue.
