I called at around 10am to get my two front windows done and she was able to get me in THAT DAY at 3pm due to a cancellation. I was quoted $209 dollars for everything I wanted and payed that EXACT amount at the end. There were zero hidden free or add ons which I really appreciate! Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. Can't thank them enough for the providing the look I wanted for my vehicle and Tammy for her excellent service.

I spent almost $1,000 that day. When I picked the car up and complained that it wasn't detailed, Tanner said he never promised that. So dishonest. I will look for an alternative next time. Edit: They completely butchered my rear window defroster. They actually have you sign a waiver before they start on rear windows with defrosters built in. I asked the gentleman at the counter how likely it would be that the defroster got damaged. His answer was, "Our guy who's going to do it has been at this for over 25 years. It's very rare that a defroster will be damaged." It looks absolutely horrible. I ended up spending $806 on a new back window and a proper tinting job. Ziebart is even more awful than I initially thought they were. Michelle, the "Business Manager", referred me to Ziebart's customer service email. There, I found some people who absolutely could not care less about the customer. All they do is defend their position and get taken to small claims court... A LOT! Very dishonest people in that organization. That's the reason they put up with people on the front line, lying to the customer. It's part of their culture. I am sure a few of the stores are probably a safe bet. Stay away from the Poe Avenue store! Wanna have some fun? Do a web search for "Does Ziebart damage defrosters." It is a bit of a rabbit hole. But if you want to get into it, you will conclude what I and many other customers concluded. STAY AWAY FROM ZIEBART! Many better options available for window tinting in the area. You would do well to take advantage of them. Check if they have five star rating on Google and Yelp. Choose Wisely.

After 3 years of annual touch up service, another issue lead me to realize that the frame had gone from no issues to totally shot!! Massive holes throughout. They let me drive off after the recent touch up service without mentioning how dangerous of shape the frame was in.
