Wax left on door jam
Monica E.

We called and received a quote for an interior/exterior detailing of my SUV. I got there and the man walked around my vehicle with me, marking dents and scratches and asked me to sign off on the findings, which I did. Unbeknownst to me, they had actually raised the prices on us and that was on that form. Sneaky right? A $100 cost difference. I was also told it take 4-6 hours to complete the detailing. After 6 hours, the car was still not done. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle later he complained about the price increase. The manager said he was being rude when he demanded answers and refused to hand the keys over to our car. My husband had to call the police to come so we could get out vehicle back! The officer came and took his statement and told the manager to then over the keys immediately. My husband paid them and we finally got the SUV back. What an ordeal! The work done to the vehicle was actually sub par at best. Extremely expensive for what was actually done. They never shampooed the interior. There was a film left on the inside and outside of the windows (that dripped and was messy), and a water drop left under the plastic covering on the gear shift. The vents weren't dusted, nor was the center console area arm rest vacuumed out. There were multiple streak marks left and also white wax paste on the black door jams. These are simple items in any car detailing. The car wasn't vacuumed out as well as it could have been either. This was supposed to be an early Mother's Day gift, but honestly my kids could have done a better job themselves than these so called professionals. Bottom line - avoid this place. Total rip off and they lie to you. Very shoddy work and not worth the expense. The pictures speak for themselves. Management and customer service are also horrible.

The place is a joke . Don't let them do anything to your vehicle. They want your money and don't care about the damage they do to your vehicle. I am still dealing with the terrible job they did on my new truck. And just spent 600 dollars to take the dents out and the smell of the over spray of the garbage they sprayed all over the exhaust system. Pissed off is not the word thanks MATT.

First attempt to contact someone about the damage

Paid for interior and exterior detail ($300). Noticed the damage done to the dash and the missing vent piece. First, immediately contacted Ziebart through FaceBook messaging where they said to contact corporate. Corporate said to contact the location. I expressed my concern and had photos as proof but they side-stepped responsibility for the damage saying, "You would have had to contact them either via phone or in person to show the damage {...} after further review of your photos and your last email response, we still cannot accept responsibility." I also mentioned that while outside, I along with two other customers, witnessed loud profanity from the detail bay. My car was in the bay at the time. They responded, "If you had the conscious thought of hoping that is wasn't your son's car involved, we are sure you would have inspected the vehicle extra carefully before leaving." This was my first and definitely my LAST use of this service and will share my experience of (not just poor, but) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with whomever will listen.

Eclipse Window Tinting

Eclipse Window Tinting

(92 reviews)

A product and service that you can see to believe!…read more I've been using Eclipse Window Tinting for many years now and they've treated at least three of my vehicles, if not more. In each case, the service and product have always exceeded my expectations. Their process is easy. They're always friendly and helpful if you give them a call and ask questions. Even more helpful for those who've not had windows tinted before. Going a step further, they have plenty of great samples and examples to show if you visit their facility. I'd recommend this, if you're new to tinting, to get a first hand look of the product and a clear idea of what to expect. I've gone with multiple levels and qualities of tint on my vehicles. I can say that from all of the options that I have purchases, they've all come with a warranty that backs the product and their workmanship. The warranty will NOT cover any dings or chips within the tint. That's on you. So if you're the one who lets the seatbelt fly every time you get out of your car, that seatbelt will leave a mark on the window tint film. So be cautious of that. I've never had to return to Eclipse for an issue. Some of my vehicles have had tint for over 4 years and I've noticed no fading, bubbling, peeling, discoloration etc. It literally looks as it did the day I had it installed. Like with some things, window tinting comes with rules. Some do not like ammonia based cleaners or other specified chemicals in glass cleaning products. Know your tint and follow the rules. Also, you don't want to roll your window down for a minimum of 3 days, but up to 7 days. The installation process requires the tint film to "cure" a bit. Rolling the windows up and down could potentially disrupt the position of the film on the window. This too is on YOU, so pay attention. If you follow the few rules that window tint film has, you'll be good to go and know that the products that Eclipse carries are of the highest quality. In Nov 2025, I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE tinted all the way around. Obviously not the windshield. In total, it was $399. I called on a Monday or Tuesday, scheduled for Friday and they got the job done in about 90 minutes. I've had them finish up faster but what I sometimes do is, bring two cars. Drop off the car to be tinted. Go out to lunch and, if it isn't already finished, your car should be ready in no time at all. Fast, friendly service and quality products. Nothing wrong with that. Would I go back? Obviously, yes. This is my go-to for window film and I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I usually review food places but I have to say something about Eclipse tinting. I was met by Tammy…read moreupon entering their facility. So friendly and informative. Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. Can't thank them enough for the providing the look I wanted for my vehicle and Tammy for her excellent service.

I had to take it to small claims court and the business countersuit me for a whopping 35K. This is personal now. This is not a business I would recommend. Don't pay anything upfront of you chose to do business with this organization. My repairs once completion should be around 975.00. This has been extremely stressful to myself and family. I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. I supplied 99% of the parts and my car was promised to be completed in 1 week. You are taking a chance if you do business with this shop. Good luck!

I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.
