I was going away for the week so thought this would be perfect. Shelby told me 7-10 days of work time. I did not get my car back until last Friday 5/15/26! They kept submitting additional supplements for things they should have known would be something they should've put on the original estimate. I finally got my car back and noticed that they did not even do one of the major issues that we spoke about during our initial estimate on 4/9/26. MY SIDE MIRROR. So I emailed Shelby and she says that it was not part of the estimate?????? Complete incompetence over there. And, after the fact, I saw that they have terrible reviews for very similar stories. I was referred to them by Nissan which is where I went for my estimate initially but because they do not do body work, they suggested that I take it over to The Body Shop. BIG MISTAKE. No one should ever use this place. Shiesty!

I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. If you care about your car and your safety this is the place to go, they go above and beyond simply fixing the dent including checking to make sure that there isn't more damage you can't see from the outside and checking your sensors/cameras/safety systems so that they continue to work the way they are designed to. I also must mention that I was not charged for the days that my vehicle sat on the lot before insurance was settlements , which happened to be nearly 2 weeks. I had friends warn me that I would be charged a storage or parking fee for all those days and the awesome folks at Caliber didn't charge me a dime! The attendant claimed we were a "no show" for the appointment OR the car parked in one of their only 5 spots OR the key in the night drop box. We had to leave work early - in the one car we still had - to go there only to get the run around from an employee who did not know what he was talking about.
