I try to put my money where my mouth is and give repeat business. I used Tint Masters for 4 vehicles from 2014-2019. I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. My repairs are not done. My car has been in this business care since 2.4.23. As a customer I have not been given reasonable response for the completion of my vehicle for a interior headliner replacement. I had to take it to small claims court and the business countersuit me for a whopping 35K. This is personal now. This is not a business I would recommend. Don't pay anything upfront of you chose to do business with this organization. My repairs once completion should be around 975.00. This has been extremely stressful to myself and family. I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. Tint Master owner of the Mt. Healthy shops 2 and one on Harrison. Do not do business with Mike. I am a poor veteran who is waiting for hos car to be fix since February 4th 2023. It has been 179 days and counting. That is 6months. I get one excuse after another. Bad business. Now he is taking me to court for a car that I own and can't get back. It's a 1980 Chevy Impala. He has had parts spread about and expose the vehicle to rain without covering up the car in which I pleaded. He is doing damage to my car and I can't get it back due to his unethical business practices. I can write a book. My anxiety is through the roof. I feel trap and now I have to hire a lawyer. This business was advertised as headliners and tint masters. I wanted a new headliner. The owner said that he could do the job. 110 days later (almost 4 months) and counting I still do not have my car. It was promised that it will take 1 week from February 4th, 2023. All I get is excuses weekly. This business works out of 2 shops working on cars from tinting to body work. I see many cars being completed and my car was just sitting. Do your own research before doing business with this shop. I do not like to leave negative feedback with anyone but nearly 4 months is much too long and I have been more than patient and understanding. I just want the job to be completed so that we can part ways. I am angry. I am missing out on several car shows this year. I can go on how much this experience is costing me$$$. I got my tint done last year and the work wasn't bad. My only intitial gripe was the fact he told me he took cards, but when it was time to pay, he switched up and insisted that I make a trip to the ATM to get cash. This is honestly an archaic business practice, but I went along with it anyway. I recently had a window repaired and wanted to have it tinted by Tint Masters again, but the guy flatout never answers the phone and is hard to reach. I was already put off by how pushy he was about cash last time, but I was immediately reminded how bad communication was and decided to just get it matched elsewhere. Felt the need to give a review since there isn't any new reviews. I recently had a small tear in my leather seat (don't know how I did it). Searched Yelp to get it repaired and came across Tint Masters. Called the shop and Mike was professional and helpful. Arriving at the shop, his brother was even more helpful and welcoming. Mike assured me he was going to take care of everything and explained how he was going to fix it. Overall Mike did a great job with no complaints. Also come with a year warranty. Called them around 3:30, they had me in there by 4:00 and immediately started on the task at hand. I got 80% on the front and limo on the rear. They made my G6 look amazing. From the time I walked through the to the time I left they were VERY friendly. They had Netflix for me to watch and they took their time to ensure they would end up with a quality outcome. Overall, I am very impressed by the quality of the job they did with my car. Since they took their time, the outcome was A++. The only thing that could've made my experience better would be if they had a way to process debit cards. For right now they are a cash only business. Besides that small convenience factor, I loved my whole time there! I would definitely refer people to go and get their tint done there! They did all the windows of my G6 for $150 with HIGH quality tint and give lifetime warranties! Couldn't ask for better (: I would also like to add that I observed my windows being washed INSIDE and OUT, not once, not twice but THREE times before the tint was applied. I noticed a review that was posted here that stated her tint was dirty, from my personal experience (see photos), that is far from the case. On top of cleaning my windows before application, they also cleaned them afterward. This is about 2 hours after the job has been completed, no bubbles, no dirt, nothing wrong with the tint at all. If a problem arises they told me that I could always come back and get it resolved. No questions asked. read more

I dropped off my brand new 2018 Moomba Max boat to have the windows tinted on 4/23/18. I came back to pick up my boat and Mike (Owner) said my seat was damaged and he did not do it! I uncovered my boat when I dropped it off and there was no damage! Mike refuses to acknowledge his negligence in damaging my upholstery. He does not accept checks, credit cards, bank card, CASH only! Mike did my 2012 Chevy Malibu in 2013. The tint STILL looks amazing. I was leery at first because it was a brand new car and I didn't know Mike or his shop. He assured me he would take good care of it and he offered a 100% guarantee. I enjoyed talking with him so much I didn't end up dropping off my car, I stayed and chatted with him the whole time. After calling around a few places this was most reasonable. I spoke to a person named Mike who told me on today (10/29/18 that if I brought my car up there after speaking with him he could drop me back off at work. I was super geeked to get the tint done as I had just purchased my car on the following day. Mike asked me how long I would be and he would be ready. After telling him 20 minutes I got there and he wasn't there but was assured he would be there in 10 minutes. I waited 15 and then asked if he would be in because I needed to be back to work and he was called and said 10min. I waited about 35 minutes total then left. If YOU couldn't be there YOU shouldn't have said it!!!! The purposed of my bringing it in was because I was told I could drop it off and get a ride; waste of my time and gas!!!! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Poor quality work; blurry, and bubbly. My fiancé and I used Tint Masters this week to get our windows tinted. I had all of my windows, including my windshield tinted on my sedan. We called and made a same day appointment for 1:00pm for my car. We called the company to inform them that we would be 15 minutes late and were surprised to find that the company's phone was disconnected. When we got to the shop the guys were in the back garage working on a few vehicles. There were two gentleman, both were very nice. We were told by the one gentleman (the owner) that the phone has disconnected due to him forgetting to pay the bill by the due date. I found this odd for a company, but we decided to get our vehicles done anyway due to all the positive reviews we saw on google and Yelp. We left my vehicle and were told to return at 4:30pm to pick up my car and drop off my fiancé's for his windshield to get done. We arrived at 4:30pm and the vehicle was not ready. After waiting 30 minutes (5:00pm), we decided to leave and were told to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. We returned at 5:45pm and the car was still not ready. We were then told that they had to redo the windshield due to a year during removing excess water. My car was not "done" until 6:45pm. They did not take my fiancé's vehicle back until 7:00pm and did not finish it until 8:30pm. Through tour wait at the shop, there were several people coming in to pick up their vehicles, all of which were not ready at the promised time. Two of the clients waited over an hour and a half past their promised completion time. By the time we left the shop it was too dark to check out the window tint job. However the drive home for both of us was terrible! We could not see well at all through our windows due to the windows being blurry and bubbly. When we got home we decided we would check them out the following day after they dry a bit more. The next day was just as bad; the windows were blurry and bubbly. There was dirt underneath the film. The windows were not cleaned well before they applied the tint. There were jagged edges, uneven cuts, and poor applications at the base of the windshields. The bubbles were terrible. We waited a total of 3 days, which provided no relief to the issue. My fiancé tried to call Tint Masters and found that their phone was still disconnected. He emailed the owner who then called my fiancé. My fiancé explained the issues to the owner. The owner refused to give us a refund per their policy, which is no where posted, and told my fiancé to bring in our vehicles so he could see them. The owner schedule to meet with my fiancé at 6:00pm at his Tint Masters shop to take a look at the tint job. My fiancé arrived at the scheduled time and the owner was not there. The gentleman at the shop told my fiancé that the owner left and would be back in 20 minutes if he wanted to wait for him. My fiancé left, furious that he drove 20 minutes out of his way after work to meet with the owner, who didn't even show at the time he scheduled. My fiancé wasted his time and money making a trip for nothing. This was the cherry on the top seeing as how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. We refuse to let them reapply anything else to our vehicles, and want our money back to get the service done elsewhere. We are very dissatisfied with the service, and quality. I'm sure the owner will write a comment following this review stating that this review is just to hurt his business, seeing as he's done so on any negative review thus far. This company is not professional and does half jobs. I needed one window tinted and it was completed darker than all the others. I had to bring it back to get "tucked" and for other auto body services. Mike quoted he needed two days to complete the job and he didn't come through. It was supposed to be done on Monday. Well Monday turned to Tuesday and Tuesday turned to Wednesday. After having my car for 6 days (dropped it off Friday), I called him at 10am on Wednesday to check on the progress and he's still at home getting ready for the day. He started telling me how he couldn't wait to get me my car and that he's doing me a favor. Nevertheless the police had to intervene because he refused to give me my vehicle. He never fixed the too dark window, he never "tucked" it, and didn't finish the paint job... but he received his money...I now have to go somewhere else, as I was advised that "tucking" is a lazy way to do tint and it can actually mess up your door if it's not done properly. I also have to go somewhere else to get the paint job completed that he did not complete satisfactorily. Incompetent is how I would label this business. They may be cheaper but you honestly get what you pay for and who you deal with. He's also extra friendly with females, so men beware when sending your women his way. read more

Everyone at Tint Masters really made an effort. Shopped around a few locations and overall found people rude and rushing. It was nice to find a place that enjoyed cars just as much as I do. They did my mustang, and it looks flawless. Strongly recommend for price and customer service. read more
