I discovered Internarional Mobile Tint just driving past it. For a while, they were working with a detail company called Roadrunner Detailing (amazing guys!) that operated out of this location. I had a winter beater that I had them tint, which looked great. Quick service, great price. I came back with a new truck that I wanted tinted, and they got me in same day, without an appointment. Steer Clear! Everything started well, ease of scheduling. Information provided online etc. They day I showed up everything went WAAAY Downhill FAST. I reversed my manual car into the back lot - as you never know if the person getting in the seat can operate a manual, especially when it's a foreign model and the Reverse is not in a standard place. I thought I would make it easy. As I sat in the no AC waiting room on a 90*F day I hear the gears to my car grind and it screech into the garage. Of course they have the window that would allow you to see them working taped over / blocked ((RED FLAG)). I honestly should have left then. 45 mins later the man doing the work walks in and says "You know you can only pay cash here right? And I'm not going to complete the work if you don't have cash." Not only was this not communicated on their website OR when I arrived etc... Methods of payment are posted on the door which include ALL major forms of Credit Card. I also had personal checks. I use a local bank which was not in the area and this man refused to give me the keys to my car to get cash. He said you'll have to find an ATM. I don't have an account linked to an ATM. What I had to do was walk down the road explain this situation at 5/3 (who thought I should contact the Police) write a personal check to them and pay fees to have them cash my own check to pay this shady man. When I returned he said "You get my money!?, ok I'll finish the work now." Again I should have stopped him and left (or called the police) when it sounded like my doors were being ripped apart. I walked out the front to look in the garage which he didn't like. Later he tried to tell me he should be changing me extra for having a foreign vehicle but he wouldn't. None of my door panels are as they were when I arrived. They were pried off and haphazardly put back on misaligned. There are tool marks and dents throughout. The panels don't need to come off to tint this vehicle if you have the right tools. This is the second time I have had this make and model tinted. Previously the TINT DR did a flawless job. Unfortunately they were booked for months. Whatever spray International Mobile Tint used to clean or apply the film was also all over my interior. The paneling inside, and the exterior of the car were streaked with drip marks and runs. My door pockets had liquid standing in them 3 days later. I had a friend call back a week later and ask about tinting the same vehicle and mention that they know you need a special took to pull back the panels without damaging them and he said "No, you see I'm good I don't actually need those tools, in fact I just did one of those cars last week." DO NOT LET International Mobile Tint touch your car. Especially if it's a foreign make/model. There's a reason they have so much availability. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm and when I arrived, not only was the front door locked, but one of the workers showed up 15 minutes late. He then proceeded to ask what shade tint I wanted and that if I wanted more than 20% he couldn't do it until the next day. Seriously? What was the point in me even scheduling an appointment?
