You have a full range of shades to choose from, and they can tell you what shade you already have so you don't accidentally repeat if you're planning on lighter or darker. They knocked out my Mazda in less than 45 minutes without taking any shortcuts. They properly removed the old factory tint, cleaned and degreased the glass, and measured, cut, and applied the new tint at the perfect shade.
