Having never had this issue before, I was at a loss for who to go to. I read Jennifer D.'s review and since he was in area, gave Bill from Weber Auto Glass a call. I also called around a few places, but Bill's friendly demeanor and reasonable price quote made me decide to give him a shot. He was very flexible with my schedule. I had to change the appointment time the evening before, and he had no problem fitting it around my day. I also had to get to work post-repair, so he made sure to do a really quality job but use tools that would enable me to get to work at a reasonable time. He was professional, courteous, and did one amazing job on my windshield! He came to my place of residence, which made things easier for me and prevented even more issues with my windshield. He arrived on time and provided the kind of service you can only hope to have when you're in a spot of trouble with your car. My windshield is still looking great and working fine, and I definitely will keep Bill in mind for any future repairs! Just to be sure, Jason had me come to his shop this past Friday on 27 March 2026 for a dry run to be sure the windshield would work and scheduled me for Monday the 30th at 0800 when we realized it would. The estimate appointment wasn't available as early as I would have liked but they were great about keeping the time they promised. The estimate came shortly after their initial visit. I agreed and only had to put 50% down to get the process moving forward. Once again, the time to have the window made and installed was schedule further out than I would have liked but it wasn't the end of the world. The window was installed exactly when they said it would be. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it easy for us to trust that it was being done right. If you need a window repair, I would expect it to take them up to a week to come provide the estimate and then another few weeks to have it made and installed. But I think you'll find that they do a great job.
