The estimate appointment wasn't available as early as I would have liked but they were great about keeping the time they promised. The estimate came shortly after their initial visit. I agreed and only had to put 50% down to get the process moving forward. Once again, the time to have the window made and installed was schedule further out than I would have liked but it wasn't the end of the world. The window was installed exactly when they said it would be. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it easy for us to trust that it was being done right. If you need a window repair, I would expect it to take them up to a week to come provide the estimate and then another few weeks to have it made and installed. But I think you'll find that they do a great job.
