They got me in quickly, completed the repair in a timely manner, and talked to me about anything to watch for that might mean I need to bring it back in. At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. He was personable, explained the process, & made me feel confident he was the man for the job (he was!). It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. I really appreciate that he went above, & beyond to take my car to the shop to calibrate there versus on site, which had sub-par conditions (not Mel's fault at all, of course). Thanks for making this as painless as possible!
