Overall did a great job on my car! Got all my windows done with ceramic, including the windshield. A little upset they got some moisture under the dash which caused the electronics to malfunction for a few hours. Made a horrible 45 minute drive home. Resolved the next day. It's been 3 months now and I haven't had any issues. There are a few minor areas that aren't perfect, I suspect a little dirt got under the tint, but not a big deal and hardly noticeable. They called and had an early opening. Took 25 minutes to install the front two windows and windshield strip. Was a little wary at first cause it looked like a fair amount of bubbles. They have good customer service and they did a good job on the tinting itself, although when I got the car back there was window cleaner product spray dried on my leather seats which left behind faded spots! not happy about this, its pretty careless. They do not clearly explain the legal limit in Ohio for window tinting. They also remove your window trim by cutting it off for the night and did not put it back on that saves them time so they don't have to take the whole panel off. 99% of people don't even catch it read more

When I arrived for my appointment (6:00pm on a Thursday - very convenient for me!) Rick's wife Susanne helped me select a tint. She was patient with me as I hemmed and hawed between two different levels, and even took me out to the parking lot to show me hers and her daughter's car tints so I could compare. The tint was installed in a timely manner and looked awesome. I was given clear instructions, both written and verbal, on the "aftercare" of the tint. I have to admit, I have taken 3 cars for window tinting and am absolutely satisfied. But, in addition to their excellent products, their service is far beyond what I expected. Great job. Excellent service. We had our 2014 Toyota Tundra tinted (all 5 windows). The tint is excellent and they appear to be factory. When the window is lowered, the tint goes right to the edge.
