I paid a lot, tipped generously, and even donated to the charity of one of the workers yet they didn't even bother to vacuum or wipe down my car. As a busy mom, I even pre-cleaned my car before going, so all they had to do was the basics. Instead, I left with a car that looked untouched. I don't have the money to throw away like this, and now I can't even go back because I have to work today. This was an absolute waste of my time and money. I will never return and deeply regret coming here.
