Great attitude among the folks who work there. You can tell they are happy doing what they're doing. Like the old saying, "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Cochran's Automotive Detailing was a splendid find recommended through the next-door app. Being…read morenew to the area we are thankful for the recommendations we have received, everyone has been spot on and Cochran's delivered a service that I really don't think can be beat. We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. He said call me anytime, I can recommend lots of places for you. It's always a great thing when you are treated as a friend and not a customer, thank you Cochran's Automotive Detailing, you did an incredible job, we will recommend you any chance we get...Kudos!!

WARNING!!!! Do NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!…read more Lorenz came to my home and told me I had a simple oil leak and towed my car to the "shop" on a Friday. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

I added protection for wheel faces and windows. Chris was incredible throughout the entire process. After I submitted an inquiry, he scheduled a time to speak with me about the services he offered. We had an incredible chat on the phone where he fully explained every product. He discussed what he thought was really important and what was more of a "nice to have" if money allowed. He's incredibly passionate about his work. Chris sent over a quote over email and I selected the services that I wanted. I scheduled before I had my new vehicle and he was able to move my service up by a few weeks when I took delivery early! Chris and I remained in contact and he answered all my questions quickly, even before I had dropped off my vehicle! I dropped off my car on Sunday evening and he got right to work on Monday morning. I followed along on the progress with the business pages on social media and he sent me a bunch of pictures and updates every day! I knew my car was being treated with respect and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dayton Detailing! We knew that rain was expected and he put in a lot of time (and hard work) to get my vehicle out early! I picked it up on Thursday and it was better looking than the day I took delivery! The shine is absolutely incredible and I can't even see the ppf lines! Since it's raining today, I can attest to the glass coating being absolutely incredible. I did not use my wipers once during my whole commute! This service is definitely a must for your new vehicle, especially if you have a tesla! I had my car for 24 days before I had my appointment - and already ended up with a few rock chips before he wrapped it! Do not wait! Get protection early! My most visible chip is on the hood by the badge. And I definitely recommend wrapping the rockers on a model 3! If you can only afford one small thing, coat your windshield! It's like rain-x on steroids, and will last way longer than a windshield fluid additive! This was an amazing experience and I really hope others consider Dayton Detailing for their detailing needs. We will be customers for life, returning often to maintain our vehicles and keep them looking like the first day we brought them home. I am pretty sure that I not only gained a detailer, but a friend!
