Dayton Detailing - Ceramic coating done at Dayton Detailing - Auto Detailing Near Me - Dayton, Ohio

I hired Dayton Detailing for new car protection on my Tesla Model 3. I opted for full front ppf, a pillar and rocker ppf, and full 7 year ceramic (Opti-coat pro plus). I added protection for wheel faces and windows. Chris was incredible throughout the entire process. After I submitted an inquiry, he scheduled a time to speak with me about the services he offered. We had an incredible chat on the phone where he fully explained every product. He discussed what he thought was really important and what was more of a "nice to have" if money allowed. He's incredibly passionate about his work. Chris sent over a quote over email and I selected the services that I wanted. I scheduled before I had my new vehicle and he was able to move my service up by a few weeks when I took delivery early! Chris and I remained in contact and he answered all my questions quickly, even before I had dropped off my vehicle! I dropped off my car on Sunday evening and he got right to work on Monday morning. I followed along on the progress with the business pages on social media and he sent me a bunch of pictures and updates every day! I knew my car was being treated with respect and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dayton Detailing! We knew that rain was expected and he put in a lot of time (and hard work) to get my vehicle out early! I picked it up on Thursday and it was better looking than the day I took delivery! The shine is absolutely incredible and I can't even see the ppf lines! Since it's raining today, I can attest to the glass coating being absolutely incredible. I did not use my wipers once during my whole commute! This service is definitely a must for your new vehicle, especially if you have a tesla! I had my car for 24 days before I had my appointment - and already ended up with a few rock chips before he wrapped it! Do not wait! Get protection early! My most visible chip is on the hood by the badge. And I definitely recommend wrapping the rockers on a model 3! If you can only afford one small thing, coat your windshield! It's like rain-x on steroids, and will last way longer than a windshield fluid additive! This was an amazing experience and I really hope others consider Dayton Detailing for their detailing needs. We will be customers for life, returning often to maintain our vehicles and keep them looking like the first day we brought them home. I am pretty sure that I not only gained a detailer, but a friend! read more

Happy to have taken my new Tesla Model Y here to Chris. He did a great job on the frontal paint protection film (PPF). He had many great suggestions for how to maintain & was kind enough to postpone when some paint defects were found, and then also corrected some other paint imperfections, plus he added a PPF on the center console screen. Chris knows his stuff & goes above & beyond. I'll definitely go there again. read more

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3, and being this is the first car I've purchased new, I wanted to make sure to protect my investment. I did a lot of reading around about ceramic coating, and received a recommendation to go with Opticoat. Enter Dayton Detailing. I was a little apprehensive because Opticoat Pro+ is not inexpensive, but the owner, Chris, who is the only licensed Opticoat Detailer in the Dayton area, put my mind at ease and boy was it worth every penny. The quality of the work he put in is top notch, from correcting the original factory paint to the precision with which the coating was applied. And on a side note, I also had an old Honda Accord that was pretty much destroyed by two children restored to like new status, couldn't believe the transformation. I'm very happy, Chris's services are highly recommended!! read more

Brought in my Tesla Model 3 for paint correction, Opticoat Pro + costing and interior detailing. Could not be more pleased. Chris did a great job with the car. Looks better than the day I drove it away from the dealer. read more

Chris did a fantastic job detailing my 2008 Jeep Patriot. I take my Jeep off-roading with my dogs often so internally there was dog hair and literal dirt in most cracks and crevices. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean Chris was able to get my vehicle for the price. He also took the time to explain any potential issues and gave me a realistic view of what my experience would be like. Exceeded all expectations and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for quality detailing for a great price. read more

Chris made my truck look like it rolled off the showroom floor. My truck is 6 yrs old and I have a 7 yr old and a dog. So you can imagine what he was up against. Seriously the truck is absolutely in mint condition. Not a spec of dirt or dog hair to be found. Worth every penny. Don't shop around. Call Chris. His quality won't be beat. read more

We needed to get our 2006 Infinity ready to sell and Chris really came through for us. Even though the car was in reasonable shape it showed the wear of 12 years of use. Chris was able to make the paint look like new and got many of the paint scratches out that I thought were permanent. He did an equally great job on the inside. As a bonus, he found a problem with the battery that we were able to correct before showing it to the first potential customer. Speaking of that first customer, they couldn't believe how good the car looked and bought the car after a short test drive. Thanks, Chris! read more

Chris did a fantastic job on our BMW. Looks so good, I don't want to drive it! On another note, understand this is a a home run business so when arriving, don't keep driving! I got the Platinum Interior Package for my mother's SUV that had not been cleaned in probably 10 years. Chris did an amazing job and was super easy to schedule with. He sent me pictures showing progress and was done in only 4 hours. I definitely recommend Dayton Detailing to anyone needing a good auto detailing. Don't tell my mom, but I'll probably be getting her this as a gift again next year. read more

Chris was professional, kind, and did an excellent job. I took my minivan to him. It was pretty grimy since I have 3 little boys that I cart around. When he was done with it it looked new. He even cleaned the lens of the backup camera! He was very thoughtful as well. There was a large rock in one of the back cup holders and he saved it "in case it was somebody's pet rock." I would recommend Dayton Detailing to anyone. read more

Chris at Dayton detailing worked with me to decide what service would be best for my car. He was upfront and fair and most of all bent over backwards to work with me to drop the car off and he had it done ahead of time. The service he provided was excellent the car looks like new and he made sure I was satisfied with his service and was adamant for me to bring it back if I was unsatisfied in anyway. If you want someone who will listen to you take the time to look over the vehicle first and do a fantastic detailing job then this is your place. read more
