I hired Dayton Detailing for new car protection on my Tesla Model 3. I opted for full front ppf, a…read morepillar and rocker ppf, and full 7 year ceramic (Opti-coat pro plus). I added protection for wheel faces and windows. Chris was incredible throughout the entire process. After I submitted an inquiry, he scheduled a time to speak with me about the services he offered. We had an incredible chat on the phone where he fully explained every product. He discussed what he thought was really important and what was more of a "nice to have" if money allowed. He's incredibly passionate about his work. Chris sent over a quote over email and I selected the services that I wanted. I scheduled before I had my new vehicle and he was able to move my service up by a few weeks when I took delivery early! Chris and I remained in contact and he answered all my questions quickly, even before I had dropped off my vehicle! I dropped off my car on Sunday evening and he got right to work on Monday morning. I followed along on the progress with the business pages on social media and he sent me a bunch of pictures and updates every day! I knew my car was being treated with respect and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dayton Detailing! We knew that rain was expected and he put in a lot of time (and hard work) to get my vehicle out early! I picked it up on Thursday and it was better looking than the day I took delivery! The shine is absolutely incredible and I can't even see the ppf lines! Since it's raining today, I can attest to the glass coating being absolutely incredible. I did not use my wipers once during my whole commute! This service is definitely a must for your new vehicle, especially if you have a tesla! I had my car for 24 days before I had my appointment - and already ended up with a few rock chips before he wrapped it! Do not wait! Get protection early! My most visible chip is on the hood by the badge. And I definitely recommend wrapping the rockers on a model 3! If you can only afford one small thing, coat your windshield! It's like rain-x on steroids, and will last way longer than a windshield fluid additive! This was an amazing experience and I really hope others consider Dayton Detailing for their detailing needs. We will be customers for life, returning often to maintain our vehicles and keep them looking like the first day we brought them home. We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

I consider having my car detailed quite a luxury and have done it once before Asher and his crew…read more The job I received before Asher's services, while great, didn't blow me away... just gave me a clean car that I didn't have to do myself. That was not the case with Asher and his crew... they cleaned things I would've never been able to do on my own (dead bugs I thought had turned to plastic and therefore became a part of the paint as well as scuffs that had been there since I bought it used on both the inside and outside). Driving my car back I just couldn't believe what they were capable of doing. I had a brand new car that was clean and ready for me to move in Colorado in! He got black scuffs (from my black scrub pants) and an old curry stain out of my seat material and just overall exceeded all of my expectations. He also was incredibly honest with me on what package would work for my car and what wouldn't (suggesting seat covers over the ceramic coating for the seats because of the material my seats were made out of), which made it easier to trust his judgment 100% on what would work for me and my car (something you don't always get with car service). He also made recommendations on WeatherTech floor mats since my floor boards were carpet and I was moving to a land of lots of snow. On top of all that he applied the waterproof ceramic coating to my leather and suede boots/shoes (which didn't ruin them in any capacity)... which was just an incredible bonus that I never thought I'd receive from a detail service (highly recommend for anyone wanting to protect their shoes). Asher and his crew are second to none and I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone else (not even cleaning my car myself). It truly just doesn't get any better.
