We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great.
