I added protection for wheel faces and windows. Chris was incredible throughout the entire process. After I submitted an inquiry, he scheduled a time to speak with me about the services he offered. We had an incredible chat on the phone where he fully explained every product. He discussed what he thought was really important and what was more of a "nice to have" if money allowed. He's incredibly passionate about his work. Chris sent over a quote over email and I selected the services that I wanted. I scheduled before I had my new vehicle and he was able to move my service up by a few weeks when I took delivery early! Chris and I remained in contact and he answered all my questions quickly, even before I had dropped off my vehicle! I dropped off my car on Sunday evening and he got right to work on Monday morning. I followed along on the progress with the business pages on social media and he sent me a bunch of pictures and updates every day! I knew my car was being treated with respect and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dayton Detailing! We knew that rain was expected and he put in a lot of time (and hard work) to get my vehicle out early! I picked it up on Thursday and it was better looking than the day I took delivery! The shine is absolutely incredible and I can't even see the ppf lines! Since it's raining today, I can attest to the glass coating being absolutely incredible. My most visible chip is on the hood by the badge. And I definitely recommend wrapping the rockers on a model 3! If you can only afford one small thing, coat your windshield! It's like rain-x on steroids, and will last way longer than a windshield fluid additive! This was an amazing experience and I really hope others consider Dayton Detailing for their detailing needs. We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him
