Lowest offering starting at $10. I really appreciated the fact that they gave me a disinfecting wipe for the inside of my car while I was going through. Nice staff too! read more

Waiting in a long line for this place made me feel like I was making the right decision. The line moved fairly quickly and the prices aren't too bad. However, when I got home and checked my car I noticed that the car wash missed several spots including the back windshield. Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. Update: Management reached out and made the situation right. I went back for another try and the wash was much better. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity. read more

Probably one of the nicer car washes in Cincinnati, but not once but twice now it's ripped the rear wiper off of my very common model suv causing damage to the wiper mount itself as well. I'm afraid I won't be going there anymore with this vehicle at least. read more

I will start this by saying that I will only give hand-wash car washes 5 stars. Maybe that makes me a car wash snob? Regardless, take this review with that in mind. Value for the price is excellent. I went on a Wednesday which is wacky Wednesday where they have $3 off all their washes. Quality is exactly what you would expect from a machine-wash. Fortunately, they power wash your car before you get in to get off any stuck-on crud. Even the tire shine is applied by the machine which makes it a bit less precise. No towel drying which inherently leaves things like mirrors and door handles still a little wet at the end. Overall, if you are fine with a machine wash with the spinny brushes and you don't want to get out of the car, this is an excellent value for the price. read more

With all the pollen of the spring being stuck to my car, I decided to use Gill's Car Wash. It happened to be a Wednesday when I went through, so I got the Wacky Wednesday pricing. I was thrilled with that! As I decided which wash to get, I noticed that they offer more "services" with each wash than a major competitor down the road does. Also, this is a much smaller, locally owned business that I am very happy to support. The staff was very friendly! I also found out they offer things like interior car cleaning, etc. which I know my car could use. I plan to use them for that as well! read more

The best wash in Cincy! The staff is great at doing a prep before going in. Friendly and happy to see me! The wash is really cool with the lighting and new equipment. They scored a home run with the rehab they did....also, I went to clean my floor mats and they asked if they could spray them down....WOW!! Like I said, best wash in town! read more

Thank you for always being so nice and friendly. Also of course for keeping my car clean. I'm ready to get that detail appointment.

The customer service is always phenomenal! I love that you get a moist towelette to wipe down your dash as you go through the wash. Plenty of service options to choose from! read more

I have been to a car wash near my work and forgot about this local business. Until today I drive by for a wacky Wednesday car wash for five dollar. And it worth so much more than five dollar. Customer service was great and very friendly. On top of that they give you a wet towel to clean your hands. The wash seem like it take longer time and more cleaning than place that cost the higher price. Will come back again soon. read more

Gill's Car Wash - 48hr warranty?! Nice touch - Car Wash Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Johnny (general manager) was so awesome! My license plate fell off in the car wash, he put it back on for me and paid for me to vacuum my car. Very quick in and out. Overall, great experience. Thanks Johnny! read more

I've been a faithful customer for several years. PreCovid they offered the $5 car wash on Wednesdays and that's what lured me to them. But I now pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. I love love love the customer service. And especially prior to being a monthly customer being able to bring my car back if it rained. Or like what happened to me bird poop! With my receipt I was able to get another wash. read more

I stopped by Gills because the line at Mikes was wayyyyy too long. They had a line but it was much shorter. While waiting in line I saw that they have a 48 hour guarantee and they they discount their washes on wednesdays! I'm so happy about this and I will be back. My car looked wonderful after the wash and the staff was very kind. Def give gills a try! read more

I have a new car and didn't know how to put it in car wash mode. There was a big line behind me and Gil's managers went above and beyond to get me out of line so their other customers didn't have to wait and to figure out how to access car wash mode for my car. The wash from their drive through was great! I would use them again! read more

As I've lived in Oakley for 10 years I've always driven by but only recently started using Gill's Car Wash, they recently renovated and re-opened last weekend. I went with the Blue Marlin wash with the extra rinse and my car looks like it was just driven off brand new car lot even though it's many years old. Employees are friendly & they guarantee their washes for 48 hours. Stop by Gill's in Oakley for great car wash! read more

Gill's Car Wash - Mr Pancakes enjoying the colorful wash - Car Wash Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

As a surprise for my roommate, I snuck away with her car while she was at a hair appointment and took her ride for a much needed cleaning. Gill's was right down the street in Oakley; how convenient! Gill's comes with a whimsical theme. It's not named after a person, but after fish. Pull your car into the queue and select a Red Snapper (basic), Blue Marlin (plus) or Great White (premium) wash. The Red Snapper gets everything clean and is only $8.00! Add $2.00 for an undercoat cleaning with Blue Marlin, or $4.00 for a wheel shine and wax coating with the Great White works. The attendant was super friendly and offered to pressure wash the floor mats at no extra charge. As he hosed, I put the car in neutral and took a relaxing stroll through the washer. Afterwards, you can pull your car through to the DIY interior cleaning. Everything is $1.00, from running the vacuum, to Armor-All cloths, to a wet rag, and even air fresheners. There is a change machine located near the vending area, but I'd suggest coming with a sack of quarters. There was a lot to vacuum off the floor and seats, and ending up spending $3.00 in change to sweep. A decent deal, but I had to keep running over to the vending machine to dispense more change. So yes, a sack of quarters next time. If you need a quick wash, or prefer to do the interior cleaning yourself, swim on over to Gill's! Price: $8.00 - $12.00 read more

Quick and easy! $1 for 4 minutes of vacuuming and there are several options for the drive thru carwash. I had the blue marlin! For $10 I think that's a great deal. It washes the underside of the car! I never heard about that, but I've been told it's important for winter to get the salt off. Nice and relaxing they just guide your car onto the tracks and you just wait for the magic to happen. I used to love sitting in the car wash as a kid, so that's a plus if you have young children! Also $1 tree car freshener dispensers and wipes! read more

Very thorough! The staff took care to thoroughly clean the interior of my car. Highly recommend!

A quick car wash that actually left my car clean! I got the blue marlin for $10 and l liked the results. The two men who did the pre-wash were very friendly. Vacuum machines (4 quarters = 4 minutes) are self serve and work well. I'll definitely be back. read more

Quick, friendly and cheap car wash in Oakley square And my car looks great. I will be back read more

If I could give Gill's Car Wash more than 5 stars, I would! Exceptional/ swift service, and extremely attentive staff. While working, my client spilt almost an entire energy drink in the backseat, and I wanted to get it shampooed before it soaked all the way into the seat/ started to smell (the smell of energy drinks makes me nauseous). I called and they were able to get me in and out before I had my next appointment. They even went ahead and cleaned the whole bench, even though I had only asked for the one seat. I can not recommend this place enough-- they really went above and beyond. I will definitely be back! read more

This place is great and local, I'll always try to support local places. they have great prices and great service. if you make it here on a Weds. they have discounted prices on all the standard car washes, normally about $3 off the posted price. Great deal if you ask me. read more

I recently went to get my car detailed. It took them 3 hours and I ended up having to turn around and go back to get them to vacuum the back of my car that they missed. It cost $75 and honestly it was very poorly done for taking 3 hours. The workers were nice and my car is cleaner than it was when I brought it but the results didn't feel like it was worth the money. It was obvious it was carelessly done. read more

Top notch service consistently. I had been coming to Gill's regularly for a while now and have always been impressed with the quality of the wash for the price - but most importantly their ever pleasant service. Recently had an issue after a wash, but John their manager handled it professionally and without hesitation - and made things right. read more

Johnny was Awesome! Super nice and this was Emmy first time here and he really made me feel welcome! I would highly recommend this place of you are looking for a good car wash. read more

Had a problem with billing, it was the kind of issue that at most establishments customers are greeted with roadblocks. Here it was different! John the manager handled it with courtesy and was totally professional while being friendly. The same excellence that is given in the regular treatment of customers clearly is greatly influenced by John- he can run a class for other managers on customer relations, he is as exceptional as the business he oversees!! read more

A great, fast and clean car wash! The attendants are alway polite- and I get a kick out of the car wash names- like the 'Great White' 'Marlin' and others. I was going to get the 3rd level for $14 and attendant said for $20 I could get 3 of the 2nd level washes. I felt like I got a clean car and great deal! read more

Friendly staff and great service! "The Whale" wash will make your car look new. They have $4 off every Wednesday.

Bruh idk what Gill's puts in their soap, but holy sh*t. My car's exterior is the cleanest it's ever been. It's sooooo shiny. My tires and rims are looking beautiful. I got the great white wash ($15) after days of snow/salt build up & it came completely clean. I'll be backkkkk' read more

I love Gill's. I have been getting my car washed here for over 5 years. I drive from Newport KY to Oakley just to get it washed because it is that awesome. Good friendly service from staff, great daily specials I have even convinced my fiance it is the best place to get pur cars washed. They also do top notch detailing. This is my 2nd time using their detailing services. I am just blown away with how efficient and amazing of a job they do. Literally took my car in with about a years worth of pet hair, 6 road trips worth of crumbs and what not and a stained seat from multiple spills. And with in a afternoon they returned to me a car that looked and smelled brand new!!! I swear it was the best my car had looked other than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. And it doesn't even come close to breaking the bank. So reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone for any car cleaning need. Whether its a basic wash for the everyday grim, a hot wax for the show room shine or deep detail for a fresh start on the inside shine go to Gill's Car Wash in Oakley Cincinnati!!! read more

I had called ahead to see if they had bays big enough to wash a 26 foot RV. The fellow who answered, not only told me that they didn't, but told me about a place nearby that might, and even offered to help me spray it off, if that was all I needed! I decided to stop in and see if they could help. Not only did they help out, they were super nice and thorough! Apparently they have new management, D (sorry, not sure of the whole name), the GM, went above and beyond. It is so rare to find people that not only show up and clock in, but that overachieve and do it with a smile?!? This place is going to see some great changes under this guy, I think! The other kid (I say, "Kid"...he was probably early-mid 20's) was very nice and shook my hand as I left. Just can't give them enough praise!! Check them out!! read more

Got the Manager's Special and received the best service I have ever received from a car wash. John was extremely helpful in explaining the various packages (which are incredible values) and they delivered on time and extraordinary quality. Super affordable, and very friendly. I went here for my first solo car wash and had some anxiety. They make it really easy. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Cheap car washes aren't all they're cracked up to be. I took my car in on a weekend following snow. The line was running down Madison Road. As you approach the wash area, there are gentlemen out doing pre-wash activities and I was concerned about my tires so I rolled down my windows to ask if they could hit them. I was barely acknowledged. Then after I went through, I got out to towel dry my own car (because what car wash EVER fully dries your car?) and noticed dirt spots all over my windshield! I walked over to one of the guys standing outside and all he did was hand me a shammy towel. He said they are in the process of tweaking the right amounts of cleaners. -__- I had to clean my own windows?! Who can't get cleaning glass right through a car wash?? I will not be returning here! read more

Amazing service, the best wash in the Cincinnati area. Their unlimited plans are unbeatable in price. The workers are all very friendly and seem more engaged in their job than at most other washes. On Wacky Wednesdays, all washes are $3 off, and the least expensive wash is only $5. I cancelled my unlimited plan with Mike's to come here, I'm much happier with how my car looks after each wash, and even more thrilled with the service I get. They give you a dash towel with each wash, and if anything happens to your car in 48 hours after your wash, such as rain, a rude bird, etc, just return with your receipt and get another wash for free. You really can't beat that. read more
