The best car wash ever! The inside and outside are perfect! The others do not compare!

Don't waste your money!!! My car is 1 year old, I took everything out so they could easily clean the car. The passenger side was fairly clean, the driver's side had hardly been touched. I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again. read more

Usually does a great job. Recently has been questionable. Leaving dust, streaks on windows and not fully wiping up cleaning solutions from plastics. Also! Advertised open until 5 but that is not true since I am sitting in the parking lot at 4 PM and they're closed with perfect weather outside. read more

I just went through their drive-through car wash, and it broke my side mirror off, and the glass fell out. They went back and retrieved the glass for me, but of course it was my fault. They said the clips must've been worn out. Needless to say, I'll never go back. read more

I had my car wash today & vacuumed with mats washed. This is the worst job that I've ever experienced. They finished a few minutes before 5. I guess they were in a hurry to leave. I asked that the seats & floor be vacuumed. There is dirt everywhere. I called right after I left when I ran in the restaurant for a pick up, & no one answered. do not go here unless you want your car damaged the owner admitted to me multiple times about his machines damaging my car. He told me to go get an estimate. I brought the estimate back. He told me that was too much money and he was not going to fix it, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted an attorney the damages on my car a little over $900. If you want your car damaged by all means go there but don't say I didn't warn you. I also have picture proof. Took my brand new 2024 civic to be washed and vacuumed because I wanted it shiny for the summer sun.. left with damage to my rim/tire and the owner refused to accept that is car wash did the damage, tried to convince me the damage was there when I pulled in (kept pointing to reflections on the rim from the light), didn't even offer a refund.. just said he wouldn't pay for it until a judge told him to!! I visited Classic Car Wash on 10/21 at 2:08 for a classic wash. The attendant asked me to put the car in neutral, which I did. However, the tires on the passenger side were squeaking until two people came and reset the machine. It turned out that the tires were stuck in the rails, which scratched the rims on the front and back (driver's side). I had a feeling something wasn't right, so after the car wash, I spoke to the attendant. He informed me that the owner was reviewing the camera footage. The manager/owner later told me that the footage was blurry and they couldn't see anything on the camera. He also mentioned that I had damaged my rims before coming to the car wash and refused to take responsibility for the incident. It was very upsetting to be accused of damaging my range rover rims and then being treated poorly. I have decided not to return to this car wash, but I hope my review will benefit others. read more

I'd give this a negative review not only for service but for how they treated me. I had originally rated them 5 stars. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went for the top cleaning service. I was so disappointed I went back and asked to see the manager. They had only cleaned half the inside of my windshield and parts of the windows. There were still water moisture deposits to prove that. They also left armor all spray on the windows making oily streaks. I used my wipers the next day and there is some white residue that won't go away and gets worse as I use them. They didn't even clean my carpets that were supposed to be steam cleaned. They were steamed but not clean, and thrown in any which way so I had to place them in the right way so they fit the way they supposed to. There was also visible sand/dirt that the did not clean. The owner is an older man that I asked for but maybe six larger guys all came out to see what was going on. Their response was that I expected my car to be detailed. They said they don't do what I mentioned, their hoses don't fit so they can't clean next to the seats either. The carpets had been steamed but they were a lot wetter than I would expect since that level of wetness will damage your car. I said I might as well have done it myself. I could do a better job. They started mocking me and repeating oh she said she could have done a better job. This one guy who seemed like he was more in charge than the others said well maybe you should just do it yourself! And he slammed my passenger car door towards me to end the conversation. The owner wasn't able to say much. I drove away out of 36 bucks and my tip to the guys at the end. I couldn't stop crying at how little they made me feel for expecting a clean car. I felt belittled for asking for a quality job like I had gotten before. They only had excuses, and didn't offer to compensate or even apologize for the experience, they turned on me and blamed me for their lack of service. read more

Better then the others In town that are more expensive. I have a black vehicle which sucks to clean as it is. Here they have guys that wipe the vehicle down after it blow drys to get the extra water marks. They have multiple choices as far as car wash starting at $12 for a basic wash all the way up to $25 for everything. The basic wash you ride thru the car wash. The more expensive ones the guys take the care for extra special care and you wait inside watching your vehicle go thru. read more

It is a great outside wash, but don't expect a thorough inside. I kept trying this out to see if it would get any better with tips and it did not. There were still several spaces that were not touched inside and cleaned even though I paid for it. At this point, I'd rather do it on my own because it's not thorough. It's full service and for a car $19.00 it's better than putting the same money into Mikes carwash and having to do the inside on your own. Owners and workers are great! I rated this car wash a 2/5 due to the unfriendliness of the workers there, the size of the track, and how slow the track was. I was unsure how I was going to even get my SUV in there with how the set up is ( a very sharp left turn with no where to back up). I paid $10 for an outside only wash and the guy out back did not hose off my car before sending me through which resulted in my car still showing dirt after the wash was over. read more

This is my second time here but speaking with fellow coworkers we all agreed that this is the best car wash in town for our SUVs. I've tried to other local car washes and the results were mediocre at best. Here I have many washing style options and many accessories for my vehicles. The exterior looks nice but the interior still has dust and now finger prints throughout from the cleaning solution they used. The only place I will drive to for a car wash. Sure the exterior clean is nice, but the INTERIOR cleaning is unbeatable!!! They always take their time and get every nook and cranny. The most consistent clean too. I have two labs that shed terribly and they get every single dog hair out of the carpets. Every time I'm more than satisfied with my clean car!! My "go to" car wash place-Lately very inconsistent. Very glad they have employees post covid, but the manager/owner should probably walk around the detail areas rather than standing at the end of the drive through wash. Fantastic car wash with workers truly dedicated to their job. I have a husky and let's just say, my car can get very dirty with hair. I try to clean it myself regularly but I can't get it clean enough. I had a very bad experience at another car wash that scratched my car up and left me with $400+ in damages so I was very hesitant to try another place. The weather was great and I drove past Classic Car Wash and decided to stop in. My car was SPOTLESS, every dog hair disappeared, dirt from the winter all gone, bugs from roadtrips vanished, they truly cleaned each inch of my car and gave it thorough TLC for what I paid for. There needs to be a -* rating for this place that calls itself a "business.". I was there 2 days ago and my experience was a nightmare. I purchased the $36 package for a $100,000.00 6 month old Escalade. As for the outside the vehicle had only been dried in places. My wheels had not been touched and were dripping wet. My interior was absolutely ruined with whatever they smeared all over it calling it "better than what anybody else uses to detail". It was smeared on very thick all over the interior of the car and was slimey and greasy like lard. They had coated the dash and even the grill over the Bose speakers across the dash as well as the grills over the other speakers in the vehicle. I went in and talked to the man at the desk and he said he would get the manager so I went back outside by the car. A friend was with me and she was furious also. This very elderly man came out and I started trying to tell him my issue and he told me to move so he could get in the car. So extremely hateful he was. He attempted to move it into a sunny spot. My friend was in the vehicle watching him attempt to shift and having problems (the Escalades have a unique way of shifting). We were both afraid he was going to wreck the car. He got out and was mad at me and saying I didn't know what I was talking about. I said I wanted it cleaned and taken care of. He got the 2 young Mexican girls who had done this over to attempt to wipe the greasy stuff off - all this did was smear it. He refused to give me a refund. This man was very thin and as I said elderly. Suddenly a VERY LARGE and rough looking younger guy appeared and started going off on me using extremely foul language, calling me names and would not let me get a word in. The older guy told me that he was the owner and this other guy was his son which I am not sure I believe. They were both so hateful and just actually very mean. I was told not to come back there - like I would??? I'm not young (67 years old) and all I wanted was for them to clean my vehicle and make the situation right. He kept going on about what a great business he had and how he was such a kind man and I did say that a kind man and business owner would have at least told me he was sorry. His son got so out of control and more than once I was afraid this big, hateful guy was going to hit me (I'm all of 5 ft. tall and 125 lbs.). The owner told him more than once to go inside and he finally did. I told him I was leaving and taking my vehicle to my salesman who had sold it to me and who I had called from there and he had said to bring it and let him see it. I did do this and he couldn't get over some of the places they had put this stuff. Places it should never be put. He worked on it and tried to clean it without much success. I have worked on it. I'm going to have to take it to a professional and spend several hundred dollars to have them attempt to clean this crap this place smeared all over my car. It was even on the inside and outside of the windows. These girls that applied it did so for over 30 minutes - I wondered what in the world was taking them so long. Now I know. I am sorry this is so long but hope that it might keep someone else from making the same mistake I did. read more

A crooked owner and shady business is conducted here. I recently visited this location with while in town visiting my grandmother, who wanted to get her car washed here. While in the car wash, the car came off the tracks, the car wash personnel were not paying attention and allowed the car behind her to rear end her car. I asked to speak to the manager and politely inform him of the situation and he could have cared less. He then tried to blame the situation on my grandmother's car, which was fully functional with no problems, instead of his car wash machine or personnel. I then took him outside and showed him the damage, which he insisted was there before (it was not). The damage was minimal and I then simply asked for a refund on my grandmother's $30 car wash, which he refused. I got on the phone to request police response and file a report, the owner took off back inside and left. There are other great car washes in the Florence area that deserve your business much more than a place like this. read more

As far as full service car washes go, it doesn't get much better. The service is thorough and the staff is friendly. For as long as this business has been around, (I believe 20+ years) the facility is quite nice. The viewing area and lobby are both welcoming and clean. Paid like $35 and that was a discount I have the inside and outside of my van done. Before I took the car I opened up the back and of course it hadn't been touched and that was the whole purpose of me coming here. Then they were supposed to wipe down the sides of the van on the inside and missed the back section completely. Very uncomfortable for me to have to go out and point out how these guys screwed up. This was my first time today that I've ever gone to Classic Car Wash I got the full treatment I have a van so it was $23 minus a $2 coupon I had I was thinking about going down to the carwash on Dixie Highway the self-serve where it sprays hang cleans your vehicle their best deal is $12 because I had already clean much of the inside thought it would be cheaper to go there but I have used it a couple times and not been too impressed with a wash spots was a big issue so instead I decided to pay the extra and go to Classic Car Wash I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan it was kind of doll looking but after using Classics Car Wash both the inside and outside looks almost as if it rolled off the showroom floor for a full-service car wash I would 100% recommend them I've used a couple others in the area not mentioning any names but by far Classic Car Wash has been the best read more
