Four and a half, acksually. They took my poor ol' Camry and turned it red again, having been ... not so red ... for a long time. The inside is cleaner'n clean, nearly spotless. They cleaned the engine compartment, which made me nervous because all the high-voltage stuff for the hybrid is under there, but if they felt safe, I'm happy. Wish they'd removed the crudge on the bumper from the cheap sticker I tore off a year ago that didn't quite all come off, but fine. It wasn't a GREAT value, but not bad. Brought our Subaru in for detailing for one reason: a high YELP rating. Now afterwards, it's puzzling how the business has such very high numbers here. Our experience is far from 5-star. The young guy did far less than super quality. I had to point out missed dirt and particles, particularly in the rear half of the vehicle... both on site and later at home: seeing more dirt missed. No, we will not use Diego's again. Yeah I know... I can always "bring it back to get it corrected" That's beside the point. It should be done right THE FIRST TIME. read more

To be straight to the point: My car looks and smells even better than when I picked it up. I fully expected it to be a fast job - I'm a single dad of two kids, so the back seat is a little messy, the trunk has sand and dirt from kayaking, biking, baseball practices. I don't often have auto detailing done, so this was one of those "treat myself" moments, shortly after a milkshake for my son leaked inside a cup holder moment of aggravation. I sent out multiple requests for what I needed cleaned in my car and Diego was the first to respond, very communicative, and had the best price as well. My car has never looked so clean and there was no leftover chemical smell to my car after he was done. Everytime I clean it smells like cleaning solution. Diego's team came to a location I provided and cleaned my car in two and a hours. My car was stuffed with pet hair and I was looking for a detailing so I could trade it in. They did a wonderful job and got all of the pet hair out and left every surface feeling clean. Communication with Diego was quick and scheduling was easy. He always kept me in the loop, even when his people had trouble initially finding my car. Here are some small ideas for improvement. One spot they missed, that I realized days later, was the headliner. It still had streaks from where my sunshade brushes the headliner when I'm moving it from the rear seats to the windshield. I'd also like a reminder for customers that the process may take a while and to turn off the door lights, my battery needed a jump after they left (minor, and this is honestly my fault). Great group of people. I'd highly recommend this business. 10/21/2022 update: Diego and his team offered to spot clean the headliner. Excellent job by the crew in interior detailing my car that hadn't been professionally cleaned since pandemic started because this area doesn't have good interior car wash businesses. I was afraid the dirt wouldn't come out of the cream floormats, but that car was sparkling from the inside when they were done.
