I've used the $23.99 service that covers the console and dash. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because both times I've driven away, I've noticed super obvious things that weren't cleaned. Then I have to clean them when I get home. Not a huge deal but knocks off a star. The team of service members have been professional from start to finish both times I've been there. They don't have a way of separating the express wash from the lengthier ones, so you are stuck behind everyone getting a full experience wash. The place is definitely designed for individuals wanting a more extensive car wash experience- and maybe my opinion would be different if that's what I elected to do. It's not efficient for those of us wanting a quick wash. Will not be returning, as I value my time more than the price. They also manual unfolded my automatic mirrors, which definitely made me jump, because they are not supposed to be manually handled like that.

As the car's filthiness crept to the point of no return, I quickly realized that I would never have enough free time (at least 3-4 uninterrupted hours) to properly clean and detail her car--especially since my weekends seem to be consumed by kiddie birthday parties and soccer practice/games. I made an appointment with Curbside Mobile Detailing and received a quick email confirmation for the appointment time. DJ also called me prior to his arrival so I was able to let our nanny know to expect him--a simple courtesy that was greatly appreciated since I couldn't meet him at our house on a work day. DJ spent at least 4 hours on the car and my wife's 6 year old, much abused SUV looks almost like new! He also paid special attention to the paint (black metallic), which was looking pretty tired with lots of swirl marks and light scratches. Amazing job. If you need a mobile detailing service, DJ deserves your business.

Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.
